The staffs are super nice and friendly and helpful.but the quality of the room is not that good, it doesn’t worth the price.we have a baby and they supposed to arrange a room that’s nearest to the elevator for us, but they didn’t, they arrange a room that 200+ steps from the elevator and the lobby. And the room seems has so much moisture. The quality of the painting inside my room is so bad.the wood of the interior of my room looks bad, quality and outdated. Like I said it doesn’t worth the price. However, once again, the staffs are nice, the bells boys, and security are helpful, they even take care of the baby for me. The food in the restaurant is very good.

Staff were very attentive! Third time staying here- this time I went with my grandma so her comfort was my top priority. The staff made sure all her requests were attended to and they left a strong impression on her. Probably the breakfast options and the quality

Fairfield merriott was one of the better merriott bonvoy hotel we have stay at. Our room was kept very clean,and breckfast was small but the food was fresh and it had a good variety. location was 6min walk to main lj Legian road and main shopping and bar area, another 6min walk to the beach. If you dont like to walk there is a shuttle bus twice dailyto the double six beach. staff 10/10. Over all a wonderfull stay. Will stay there again.

Room was lovely. Food was average, cocktails weren’t the best and the music by the pool was very low, like elevator music. Refused to change it or turn it up especially during their happy hour.

Garden and pool. Daily all you can eat BBQ. Within a quick bike ride there are a lot of shops and restaurants. There's a water cooler at the lobby for unlimited drinking water. The street outside the hotel isn't great. It's not pleasant o walk around. However I found the cutest souvenir store called Meyers Homewares 10min wal away!

What could be improved is the check-in process. The staff, while polite, worked a bit slowly. We arrived late in the evening and just wanted to get to our room quickly, but the process took longer than expected.

Loved our stay here, the staff were amazing and so friendly. The pool was great, and the beds were super comfy. Rooms spacious. A little bit away from the hustle of the markets and pubs, but we liked that.

Spent a full week in Fairfield. Staff were attentive and nice, they made sure our stay was comfortable enough and it was clear that they were knowledgeable about how to handle a variety of guests with different demands and preferences. If an option is unavailable, they're always ready to present an alternative. Huge thanks to Nuarta and Sangtu for making sure our room was always tidy and that we had clean towels daily! Chintya was also a darling, she always greeted us with a smile and it was nice to chat with her when I first arrived. Already considering to book another stay! Restaurant menu options could have more variety.
