Good sized family pool, adults only pool on roof was excellent. Location was central to what we wanted. We were in older section of complexion, exterior needs some work but room itself was great size, bathroom was excellent. Cleaning performed daily to high standard. TV reception was good on some channels but not so good on other BUT we were on holidays, we weren't there for TV. Food was at breakfast was awesome. Lunch and dinner menu was good and meals prepared well. AL staff were very friendly, professional and accommodating. "Ypub" next door could be very noisy. We ate there a couple of times but needed to leave due to excessive noise. Need more soft cushions on chairs especially need bore chairs and tables near pool. Being of mature age it was difficult to get up from pool lounges.

The staff, the housekeeping and ground staff were very lovely and always friendly and very helpful I asked to be upgraded, but the staff member at the desk got a bit narky with me, I just thought I would ask, you never know, he wouldn't upgrade me and then my shower flooded my whole bathroom, they fixed it straight away

The property was very clean and suited my purpose. It was excellent value for money. People go on holidays to do the things they enjoy and for many of those staying at New Garden View this is partaking of more than the odd Bintang...it's that kind of place. The rooms running alongside the ground floor pool keep you away from the noise at the Y Bar.

Close to airport, beach, restaurants, and mall. Breakfast is delicious and wide variety. The flies and insects in the room.

Great location, clean. Some rooms very tired. Same as some staff?. Breakfast very disorganised. Big variety in rooms, first one very dated and missing some fittings and no real pool view despite it being a “ pool view room”. Asked to move and second room much better.

This villa for the bathroom need properly neat on the tap and shower need to be very cleaner The man who work at the reception unacceptable and made me feel not comfortable over asked me the visa an will report to the police and I showed my visa for stay in Indonesian all good no problem but I don’t need this man attitude at me about it so awakened unfortunately and this man not really training how to good services treat for welcome to this hotel
