The pool was great however closing at six is ridiculous The check in staff were so very rude and not helpful at all our rooms were not interconnecting as booked and the rooms were dirty one had old contacts left on the floor and ants everywhere

The resort is rather dated but interesting and had a Balinese feel. Staff were great, grounds and pools were clean and tidy. Close to beach, markets and restaurants. Gym not up to standard but plenty of equipment. One of our rooms hand low volume shower and telephone did not work. Resort shows signs of aging but had a Balinese feel about it which was nice.

Great value price reflects the standards

The location is fabulous, lots of shops, cafe, laundry all within easy walking distance Very very disappointed. Do not come here if you want a warm and fuzzy Bali first experience; we didn't even get a welcome drink. The reception staff's English is not great, and they actually downgraded my room but told me no price difference. When I went through Booking.com, they said they couldn't help and that a Manager would come and see me. I saw no manager, and when I checked out, she looked at me blankly. The room I paid for is not what I got at all. My friends paid a lot less for the same room. Be VERY careful, as they are not interested in fixing the issue. I was very disappointed and could have stayed at a much nicer place. The room was old and smelly, and the room service was adequate but not amazing. If you want budget then this is ok but make sure you get the room you paid for!!

We love the location. The breakfast is also great. The rooms are dark and a little outdated. Bathrooms need some good cleaning.

The staff are beautiful, the pool and gardens are gorgeous. Location is great. Bathrooms are very run down. The hotel could be beautiful and much more comfortable if maintenance of bathrooms were upkept. New bathrooms are definitely needed. Pillows were flat and also uncomfortable. Lots of mozzies and would. Food is very average too unfortunately.

Pool and breakfast Do not have private beach

You get exactly what you paid for. Its an older style resort that you can stay in at a budget price. The rooms are a little outdated however they are clean, beds comfy and the showers is ok. The pool area has 3 pools and you always get a sun lounger and the location is great for walks along the beach front. Gardens are beautiful and the staff very friendly and efficient. Buffet breakfast is also good value. Nothing I got exactly what I expected.

the location of the hotel was great, have stayed there many times. Breakfast was pretty good with variety changed in the indonesian food daily. the rooms themselves are dated and need a little updating, lukewarm water only even after requesting to have this looked at, slippery tiles around the pool is a concern.

The room was very old, loud music playing until 10pm, holes in bed sheets, dirty lounge chairs. We left after 20 minutes of arriving.

They could utilise the area that is raised and closest the beach for even more pool chairs for people who don't want to be right next to all the noise of the pool, but still enjoy what it's got to offer.

Great staff, fantastic location and generally good value for money. Rooms are comfortable and the pool area is always lively. The traditional gardens and architecture are stunning, however most rooms are in need of renovation. Overall, as we only really sleep in our rooms it’s a great venue with good value.

The location is great. Very central to Legian & Seminyak beaches and shopping. Beach right out side the gate of the propertyt. We originally booked the 1 bedroom suite, thinking it would be premium. It was horrible. It was clean but so dark, tucked away in a random building and felt like a cave. Horrible, we changed to a garden view and it was alot better. The bathrooms need a major overhaul. The shower head was horrible and leaked water all over the bathroom.

Having three large pools made it easy to find free chairs/lounges, plenty to accommodate the guests. Perfect location within walking distance to restaurants, shopping and straight across from the beach. Couldn't fault the breakfast, it was wonderful. The omlette's were delicious. The rooms are quite outdated, comfortable but requiring attention.

Central Location. Nice pool. Gardens nicely kept. Gave me the wrong room but changed me when I complained. Staff went above and beyond after that ..

The main area around the pool was nice and had a great vibe with the restaurants and facilities. We were originally placed in a room right next to the busy road. We could hear everything. The bed was so uncomfortable that we couldn't sleep the next night we asked to change rooms but wasn't any better. It was slightly more quiet but smelt of mold so we ended up leaving
