Location was perfect, in the center of the city. Staff went out of their way to help me. They carried my suitcase. They offered me coffee whileI waited for my ride to the airport. The room was comfortable, clean, quiet, and inexpensive. It was perfect!

The location was nice, in the middle of a nice quiet town. Staff were super friendly and nice. Really welcoming and provided great service Some rooms are close together so the people talking (loudly) in the next room could be heard

Rooms are well appointed Hotel advertises wifi but not available for free or with payment Hotel advertises airport transfers for payment but service is not available and no assistance is provided to organise transport. The location is not convenient to get to Malpensa airport. Request for a cup of hot water to make a cup of tea was not possible even with payment.
