Perhaps we were traumatised by bad hotel experiences in India and have lower benchmark but hopefully not. This hotel is very nice, the staff is helpful yet not intrusive, the rooms are specious and well equipped. Hot water, fast wifi, comfortable bed. Great view and balcony. Heating is working perfectly (we were at the end of winter). Very good breakfast. The location is very convenient yet quiet. We extended our stay and would come back

Facilities were awesome. Their secret perk which is not part of their facilities, is the great supermarket jet below the hotel. You can but almost anything found in modern supermarkets there. Their staff were great too Not much

The supermarket on the ground floor was very convenient for provisions. There weren’t vegan options in the restaurant.

The facilities is ok only as system a/c etc. Staff is worst. Hotel service is awful as per the price. I never seen this kind of staff in the world. Mainland Indian staff is worst ever who can speak Hindi. Indian staff don’t know how to provide a service. The staff do not have any service mind.

The staff was highly professional and prompt with things. We have enjoyed the stay there. Its nearest to the market and there is super store on ground floor which makes everything easily accessible.

The rooms were nice and spacious and the hotel even had a supermarket right on the ground floor.. Also it is very close to the Leh market which is at walking distance. The room was nice and cozy. The room did not have hot water in cold weather. Also the room that was given to us was near the stairs so when the staff kept coming and going it used to disturb us.

Hotel Dragon Leh truly provides tourists with excellent comfortable conditions for relaxation and pastime. The hotel is located in the city center - a very convenient position. Very friendly and responsible staff. The room is perfectly clean, there are no strange smells, perfectly clean bed linen and towels. Well done! I certainly recommend this hotel for all tourists. ----
