The owners (hosts) Norboo and Dolma were fantastic! They were kind, welcoming and very helpful. We noticed that whenever a guest had a challenge with anything regarding their travels, the owners instantly went into problem-solving mode. They were always ready and willing to be of any kind of assistance to their guests. They were some of the best hosts ever seen on any of our travels anywhere!. Additionally, the cook prepared outstanding food—very tasty and healthy. The rooms could have been cleaner. We stayed in several different rooms and the floors were always dirty and we wondered if they were ever swept or mopped. Cleaning the floors would make a world of difference. The beds are quite soft, a bit too much so for us, but others may like a very soft bed.

Very lovely family run business. Be prepared to be treated very warmly and looked after well. Nothing to complain about. Slightly cold in the evening but I think that’s the norm in Ladakh. Fine once you use the thick blankets that are available.

Clean and spacious room. Hot water was not available easily. Food was mediocre. No intercom.

It was a good experience.... We loved the positive environment of the guesthouse. Specially Norboo uncle. I wish another tour to leh nd I would like to stay in serdung guest house. Nothing.

The host, although sweet but did not provide us with the room that we had booked via Booking.com. The room provided was small in size and lacked basic facilities like Hot Water, a necessity in Leh.

Good helpful host and a very good staff. A nice garden. Good room. Value for money. Every thing was good.
