New Infrastructure, good room sizes, balcony view from the room Synthetic bedsheets and pillow covers causing charge on body and hairs, cotton flying all around the atmosphere due to nearby trees causing sneezing and pollution, tv was not working, crunch of staff as there were handful of people around not been able to provide room services effectively.

We had a fantastic stay at Kart-Sey hotel! The room was very spacious, providing plenty of room to relax and unwind. The service was excellent, and the food was delicious throughout our stay. We were here for a week and appreciated the consistently fast and stable WiFi, which made it easy to stay connected. The hotel is tucked away from the noisy streets, yet still within easy walking distance to everything we needed. Highly recommended!

The hotel is located close to Zorawar fort (200 mts). The property was clean and staff were helpful. The service was on time. They provided a room with good views of the mountains. There was power throughout and wifi was also working. There were good food options to chose from for lunch and dinner. Checkin and checkout was smooth. There is a lift available and you dont have to climb the stairs. Near by market is available in case you need to buy things. Breakfast had limited menu options to chose. The lighting outside the property is poor so its little dark. The garden and nearby areas needs to be maintained in a better way and should be improved. They should provide bottle mineral water.

One of the staff was kind to give us a lift to a restaurant in the centre of Leh city because we couldn't have dinner at the hotel. First, the variety of dinners offered at this hotel was quite limited. At that time, the only dishes they can offer were Indian curries, rice, and two types of pasta. Most of the dishes on their menu list cannot be served. Second, the curtains at the room were infested with small moths, which were also on the bed. Third, despite having a balcony in the room with a nice view, we were discouraged from going outside because a lot of flies were there.
