The rooms were very nice and comfortable, the restaurant served tasty food (we had to wait some time for the food to arrive because they make everything fresh). Moreover the hotel manager, Amata, was very helpfull with booking attractions and transportation around Leh. When the netflix in our room didn't work the hotel owner kindly offered her acount and fixed it for us. Overall great stay, and good value for money. The location was a little bit too far from the main bazar. but the hotel supplied free drop off at the market, and was quiet due to the distance from the main bazar. In addition the loundery service was very expensive (even relatively to good hotel in other countries), and the loundery wasn't sent back to us on the time.

Great location, clean rooms and extremely helpful staff - especially C.A. who took care of us helping with the altitude sickness and provided advice/assistance with booking our trips to Nubra and Pangong. The whole experience was more than just a couple of nights in the hotel - it was much broader and the entire stay in Leh was better, safer and cheaper thanks to the support we've received. Highly recommend - in fact our friends are coming there next month!

The entire property was good and very friendly staff and owners. The owner with support of his local friends helped us to plan our further ride to Hanle. Hotel is very good, great views and all room has a unique hand painted picture

Everything is just awesome property , food , staff. Loved our stay. Just a thing that in room there was no almirahs Which i felt missing. But staff told me they are working on it.
