We especially enjoyed the sitting in the hotel garden. It made us feel like we are in the nature although we were in the city. Wonderful staff and wonderful atmosphere. The staff attended to all our requests. Some minor maintenance issues like shower heads that might have needed t be adjusted or replaced. There were non-harming insects in the rooms. However, the staff took care of them and made sure we came back to an insect-free room.

The property is situated in a great location with quiet atmosphere and peaceful garden cafe area. The host and the experience there was so magical and relaxing that I returned again and again during my Ladakh tour. I recommended it to all my friends and would absolutely stay again.

All the hotel stuff was friendly and attentive. Helped me organise my entire adventure in Ladakh and made me feel home!! The room was very clean and comfortable.

The staff was extra kind and very arranging. They helped me arrange my itinerary around Leh and gave me very good advice about acclimatization and surroundings. The breakfast was very delicious, I had it in the peaceful garden with snow peak moutains and the sound of chirping birds. The room was good and had everything I needed. Thank you so much for everything. The walk back to the hotel at night with stray dogs can be a little bit scary..

The host and staff are very welcoming and kind. They are helping a lot if it comes to organization (etc. Airport Pick-up/drop-off, Motorbike rental etc.). The hotel is also really nice, good facilities, good breakfast, good service overall. I highly recommend this stay. When I come back to Ladakh, I will definitely stay here again. Everything was perfect.

The room was nice and the bed comfortable. The heater was so good because it is still cold in April. The shower was good , water was hot. And the staff was very attentive and always around . Thank you !

The hospitality and service at Hotel Ladakh Green in Leh were commendable, with staff being warm and attentive. However, the hotel feels more like a guest house despite its hotel pricing. The rooms are average, with gaps that let cold winds in at night, making it uncomfortable. Washrooms had expired toiletries, which was disappointing. Food was decent but nothing special. You can find better hotels nearby for the same price.

I loved the location of the hotel, close by to Leh market. The staff Dorje and his crew were amazing, very helpful. Dorje helped me get my Tourist permits needed for traveling throughout. the breakfast and lunches were awesome, and the amenities in the room were excellent.
