Room is a bit small for 3 people

mama couldn't have made a better fitting into the scenery crib. A funky place. With a good vibe. Pretty informal. Very kind and good willing staff (I even got checked in upon arrival, pretty early in the day, thank you, warm smile blonde lady). The "lobby" feels like a mountain sports hub with people continuously coming in or going out. The escalade concept is a nice touch both indoors and outdoors. Oh, the room, yes! You feel like in a hut with its own cave (the bath area). Mine had a sauna, too, though I haven't used it. Nothing pretentious, everything casual and coherent with the modern approach of traditional and wooden all around the hotel. I would stay there again when snowboarding or biking. The fried onion & cooked stuff odour everywhere in the reception area due to the open kitchen right there. Win some, smell some :)

Excellent location, the staff is very friendly, welcoming and ready to help you out whenever you want. Drinks and food were delicious. It’s just so comfy and you’ll love the tiny details of the place. We had a white Christmas as well! There were no slippers in the room is my only complaint.

I could not sleep at all until late in the night… Also beds were uncomfortable for me, but this is always individual. In total too expensive and there is extra charge for the sauna which should definitely be included in the price.

Location is great and getting passes for the gondola is a great perk. Breakfast was fantastic. Needed a little more explanation as to how things work at check in. We found a sauna room but no instructions as to how to work it. We had stayed there before and some things are looking very tired. The woodwork throughout has discoloured and doesn’t seem as fresh. Property seems a little cluttered as you approach. Needs to be straightened up a bit.

Friendly staff, great atmosphere, excellent food and sauna. Very close to gondola. Perfect place to play and relax. Our first time visiting and we came without a car. A little bit more difficult to get to than we expected.
