Location super close to Lerici They advertise a free parking on site but then it’s always full, they tell you they have a 2nd one nearby, which is ok but also that you have to move the car before 9am. Ridiculous.

We checked out after one night, although we had paid for two. This hotel has potential, but needs some serious investment and organization. Parking was an issue and the cleanliness was disappointing, mainly in the bathroom.

Very quiet, beautiful and peaceful. Breakfast was wonderful. Hard to find. Internet sent us to wrong address because there was no internet coverage.

I highly recommend Albergo Serena in Lerici, Italy. The room was nice and clean, and the bed was comfortable. The shower was a bit small, even though it was extremely clean. The breakfast was amazing overall. Our stay was very good, and we will definitely be back. The hotel also allowed us to store our luggage ahead of time so we could visit Cinque Terre. When we returned, our luggage had already been taken to our room, which was great. The hotel offers very comfortable parking with easy in and out access. The shower was a bit small

Comfortable warm rooms, very helpful staff, very attentive especially Walter who guided us about everything. Breakfast was great and the staff, very pleasant. - Location was away from main village - Nothing for dinner close by so had to go to village (5 mins drive ) for dinner - WiFi didn't work. -

Staff at the reception was very responsive and allowed late check in without any problem. So staff sympathy and Mountain View from the garden were the best things for us Our room was very small and kind of different that we saw on photos. Probably we had the worst room but it was difficult open even a small cabin bag in this room

This was a very sweet accommodation on the hill with lovely view of the valley. The guy at the desk was so helpful in helping us find the perfect place for Pizza Napoli. Grazie. The breakfast on the veranda surrounded by flora was heavenly. And the made for you waffles were fulfilling
