Lovely place to stay not far from town.

Varied breakfast, excellent bed, restaurant on site

Hotel itself was good, reception staff was also good, the waiter didn’t speak English and behaved kinda arrogant, having some arrogant smile/lough when I talked to him in English, this is the only shortcoming of this hotel, 8/10 for me

nice breakfast; convenient location near pedestrian path down into town center; offers nearby parking (which can be hard to find in Lerici); overall good value. Room/Bathroom not so clean - we had to do some pre-cleaning before we could start unpacking.

One of the best hotels in our trip to Italy. Magnificent!!!

The location is perfect, if you don't mind doing some exercise. To go to the town you can use the stairs that are across of the hotel. You will be down in less than 10 minutes. From the hotel you have gorgeous views of the sea and the castle. The staff is very friendly like Paolo and the breakfast is fresh . I will come back for sure.

It's a large hotel not far from the center of Lerici, in a quite area. Walking distance from the center of town. Old facilities, needs renovation.

location is good I am writing to express my deep dissatisfaction with our recent stay at your hotel. Considering the high price, we expected a much better experience, but what we encountered was far below our expectations. The hotel is vastly overpriced, and based on the quality and service we received, the cost should be at least 50% lower. While your staff attempted to be friendly, their behavior was overly intrusive, making our stay uncomfortable. The room was unbearably hot, with a weak and noisy air conditioning system that we couldn’t properly adjust. Additionally, it emitted an unpleasant odor that made the room even less inviting. Although the room seemed clean at first glance, it quickly became evident that it wasn’t. Dust and dirt from previous guests were noticeable, and several areas in the room were in disrepair—cracks, worn-out fixtures, and scuffed walls with visible fingerprints. We had hoped to take some beautiful photos and videos, but the room’s poor condition made that impossible. The bathroom was no better, with aging fixtures and a sink that drained poorly. Even more concerning, we noticed what appeared to be mold in the corner near the ceiling. If this is indeed mold, it’s not only unsightly but also poses a serious health risk. The lack of a suitable power outlet near the bed for charging our phones was another frustrating inconvenience. Adding to our frustration, we were bothered by flies in the hotel and numerous wasps at breakfast, which made eating uncomfortable despite the breakfast being otherwise decent. To make matters worse, a dog in the neighboring room frequently barked, initially startling us and then causing ongoing anxiety. Given all these issues, I am requesting a full refund for our stay. We are completely dissatisfied and believe that the experience did not justify the price paid in any way. I expect a prompt response and a resolution to this matter.
