Ideally located in San Terenzo steps from the front. This hotel catered for all our needs. We were well looked after by our gracious host and his son. We will definitely stay there again. It’s a charming hotel. Nothing!

Excellent location near the beach and restaurants. Despite of the fact that the hotel is located on a busy street the windows isolate street noise perfectly. Also, the staff was very nice and helpful.

The property is charming. Cozy and well maintained

The location was great and very central. The staff were very helpful, especially with the luggage to the room, which were up so many steps. They advised on parking and took our numberplate and sold us a 7 euro parking ticket. Breakfast was lovely, too. All the steps to the highest room were a little too much and no use of the lift. Also, the room was beyond basic for the price paid. Overpriced and basic.

Small room and uncomfortable bed

Perfect location both for spending the day at San Terenzo beach during the day and for going out night for a restaurant, walk or drink something in the center. There is also supermarkets closeby if you need anything. Both the father and son is there to help you about anything you might need. Room size smaller than expected. There is not enough place to hang your wet clothes (you have a lot as you are going there for the beach). Breakfast was limited, you might even miss boiled egg or croissant (which are the two main options) if you are a bit late breakfast person. If you are a breakfast person like me, I suggest to buy some extra food such as olive, cream cheese, avocado... from the supermarket for a full breakfast.

Genuine and friendly staff, even helped us with extra stuff like ice buckets and “cavatappi”. Great location, we hade a nice little balcony overlooking the village square and a bit of sea. Can truly recommend this place! Arrivederci from Sweden!

Good location and we enjoyed a little balcony with side view to the sea. Included breakfast was a big plus, some sweet and savory options. The room was tiny, especially bathroom. The hair drier worked only for a minute or two at a time and then was stopping.
