The property id fine-the grounds are well maintaines and the facilities-pool, lobby, restaurant are nice. Housekeeping wa Atrocious. On 8/21 I had to repeatedly request our room be cleaned. Late afternoon they moved us to another room already taken care of. The following day, 8/22 the same thing. Late afternoon still not cleaned, no change of towels, sheets etc. Complained numerous times. Finally Front Desk staff came and brought fresh towels and changed sheets, but did not bring new drinking cups, soap etc. They should have comped us , at least partially. Terrible !!

Stayed here for my wedding weekend with family and it was perfect! It's our favorite hotel in Central Ohio!

The bed was super comfortable, and the room was beautiful and very clean. I did not like that there was no bathtub. I also didn’t like how far away the breakfast was. I have mobility issues and was not able to enjoy breakfast because it was a considerable walk from the hotel.

We loved our king room. It was Uber spacious. We would definitely stay there again. I so loved the whole esthetic from the moment we walked in and the hallways to our room. Everything from the carpets to the wallpaper in the hallways and our room was gorgeous. The staff, breakfast, and grounds were very nice.

Very clean room and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Room was clean. Staff was hard to find when I checked in. I waited almost 10 minutes for someone to come to the desk. No buzzer or be to let someone know I was waiting.

It was an odd combination of decent amenities to a room which was average at best. The toilet area in the bathroom was something to be seen to believe, so small you could not even put the toilet paper on the dispenser or your knees would hit, but the shower was great. There was a single tiny waste basket in the bathroom and nothing in the rest of the room, which caused us to have to stack garbage on the bathroom basket like we were playing reverse Jenga. Don't even get me started on the floor lamp which was the strangest design for a hotel room I have ever seen, I can only assume the owner's wife was the interior designer....lol. We had two rooms for my daughter's family and my grandkids and they must have knocked the lamp over ten times. Beds were fine, air conditioning was loud but worked good. TV was good and even had free showtime and Paramount. Like I am saying, it was a mixed bag of results. Staff was great.

It was a beautiful hotel. An on property pub to walk to, 2 pools. It was a great stay.

Great for wedding, nice to walk right to room. Breakfast bar was good. Pillows were not great. Creepy floors were a little annoying.

Check in was easy, staff friendly, helpful and accomodating. Room was well furnished, clean and comfortable. The pub had great food (I had the grilled chicken sandwich and fries) with friendly courteous staff. Overall a great stay, and would do it again.

Beautiful hotel, easy to access both pools, Bria at check in was an absolute angel. All of the staff we encountered were helpful and so nice! Room was clean, fresh towels brought in while we were out, overall an amazing stay, would definitely stay again!

The staff were very pleasant and helpful. The room was clean enough, and decorated well enough, but for a king room, it was tiny. Probably the smallest bathroom I’ve ever been in. I wouldn’t stay again just because the room felt claustrophobic to me.

Stayed for two nights while visiting OSU and Columbus Zoo with our kids. Rooms were clean, quiet and spacious. The property was expansive, including a gym and 2 pools which kept the kids busy. Breakfast was amazing. Would recommend for a return trip.
