The biggest disappointment was the dirtiness of the room. It didn't look like it had been swept. Hair on bathroom floor, crumbs on carpet, stain that looked like blood on the bed sheet. The stairwell was disgusting. I doubt it had been swept in a week +. Crumbs, dirt, etc. piled up. I didn't ask the front desk to give us a new room because she barely could be bothered to check us in. I didn't have hope that she would find us a cleaner room. It was an awful stay. The only bright spot was the breakfast staff. They were polite, worked hard, and provided a clean space for us to eat.

Very clean property. I would stay there again. Breakfast was great. Had a great workout in the gym.

Good concept, poor execution. Maintenance was the worst we have ever seen at any hotel/motel/b&b. TV did not work in first room we were given. Cigarette smoke smell was overwhelming in second room we were given. Little to no water pressure left shower nearly unusable in third room we were given. The juice/water machine at the breakfast buffet was broken and unusable (only had milk or coffee to drink at the breakfast buffet and had to go to fitness center cooler for water). The lobby house phone was broken (had to use phone at main desk to call room). The ice maker on fourth floor was broken (had to go to third floor for ice). Staff was friendly and helpful for the most part, but we tried to complain about the maintenance issues to the general manager, but he avoided us like the plague. We also tried to cancel second night, but the general manager did not respond to our request to do so. WE STRONGLY RECOMMEND AVOIDING THIS PLACE. Not a Hilton quality facility.

Breakfast was average. The location was good for Lewisburg, West Virginia. Very close to downtown but not walkable.

The location is good (simple quick drive to downtown, easily accessible from the freeway and highway), the facilities fantastic, other than the third floor needing a vacuum run over it, it was exceptionally clean. We didn't choose it for the suite style (more price) but I could honestly live there. If you were staying for a long time, I would highly recommend it. The gym was FANTASTIC, laundry available, breakfast quite good for a chain hotel, etc.

Breakfast was delicious! Lots of choices.

Cleanliness was top notch, which is great. Amenities were less so. Customer service on arrival was very poor, but did improve at check out.

Very clean. Staff friendly and helpful. Desk clerk repaired our shower handle so we didn't need to change rooms.

Every time we stay here ! And we stay pretty regularly about two to three times a year... The water pressure in the bathroom SUCKS!! We've tried staying at other local hotels... Some are ok J̌ust not THAT much better. It Really SUCKS! For the prices we are all charged these days it SHOULD BE Better. A Clean room. Not Damaged. A working sufficient Ac/Heater unit. (Not controlled By the staff only). And DESCENT Water pressure in the Bathroom
