Horrible facility!!! Very unkept, unsanitary, and will never go back!!!

Not great but not horrible

My stay was horrible, dirty sheets, dirty walls, nothing was good about my stay, also I was interrupted at 12:40 am while trying to sleep.

Within our budget for a quick stay, less than $100 for a convenient stay in the area. Room AC was not cold, no covers, had to be switched from our first room because it was hot.

The view from my room No trash cans, was not clean, no hand towels, no light bulbs in lights, it was smelly in my room, ac didn't work well ! What made me angry was that at 9 in the morning housekeeper unlocked our door and said housekeeping twice before I opened door while she tried opening the door.! Check out is not till 11am. DO NOT KNOCK OR UNLOCK MY DOOR TO MY ROOM UNTIL 11am. Like I paid to stay in my room until 11. I was sound asleep until that freaking housekeeper tried getting in my room!!

An employee complained about the kids splashing in the pool “because they had just cleaned it” which doesn’t make any sense to me so they weren’t able to have fun. I will never be staying at this location again.

Would not recommend staying at this hotel. Room was not clean. There was mold in the bathroom. Air-conditioning unit front was halfway off no bucket for ice in the room. Breakfast was only cereal and waffles.

When we got to the room the ac was turned off, the room was very hot. We turned it on and left to go eat. Returned 2 hours later and it was still hot. It might have got down to 75 maybe. Still not cool enough. The sink was healed up by and piece of plywood. Shower curtain was barely healed up. No wash rags. Beer bottles beside the couch. Worst stay I’ve had ever. Will never go back.

​I had a really good stay at the Baymont by Wyndham. The entire staff was welcoming and attentive, with a special shoutout to the lady working the second shift—she was extremely helpful and friendly! There was a slight issue with my initial room, but the desk handled it immediately and moved me to a better room with zero hassle. Great service goes a long way, and I would definitely stay here again.

Had a wonderful experience during my stay at the Baymont by Wyndham in Louisville. The property was clean, felt very safe, and the front desk staff on the second shift was fantastic—friendly, attentive, and incredibly helpful. Would definitely stay here again!

Took awhile to get anyone to help check in , then the doorstep room had holes in the wall and the shower didn’t work and it was 80 degrees in the room cause they didn’t have the ac units on . I went and requested another room but it was terrible as well .

Don’t stay at this location is pretty dirty.

Nothing It was dirty, roaches in the toilet. Lobby was smelly, carpets were not clean. Breakfast was also a disappointment.

Disappointing
