The room smelled of strong mildew

Overall this property was a good stay. The staff was excellent. The only downside was that the room we first got smelled strongly of marijuana. The staff promptly gave us another room.

The night clerk was rude for one. Came in the lobby it smelled real stale of mildew & cigarettes. Went to my room the smell was stronger, went in observed the room and pulled back the covers and seen bed bugs and on the wall by the bed. Went to tell the clerk that I wanted to cancel the room and she said I had to go through Hotels.com to get my refund back. Would never recommend no one to stay here when they are in Lexington, KY.

The staff as amazing. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The eggs and sausage weren't that good.

I think her name is Stephanie! We checked in late but she was amazing!! Very sweet lady!! I can’t recall the check out lady’s name, but she was very nice as well!

The price and staff The room smelled like mold the floors were wet the whole time by the elevators on the 4th floor and 1st floor. The first floor was loud with kids running in and out of the pool area without a guardian the shampoo in the bathroom was not shampoo it was body wash the breakfast was over cooked and the coffee was horrible

Rooms are clean Property could use some upgrading. Door to my room took effort to make sure it latched.

Venue was quiet. We only stayed one night.

The bed were full size and not queen in the suite I reserved and the couch with the pullout bed needed to be thrown away. It was disgusting. And there were stains on the sheets that were supposed to be clean. The rooms are so outdated and the furniture and equipment is too

Hotel was very clean, the only downfall was the internet was horrible in our room. The staff was extremely nice and helpful

The guy at the front desk was one in a million, you better hold on to him.

Breakfast was good. Options included scrambled eggs, sausage, breakfast potatoes, make your own waffle, bagels, toast, yogurt, and a variety of cereal to choose from.

Emergency exit door on the pool end of the hotel on the first floor would not open from the inside. This is a major safety issue. Sunday night we had no hot water. Had to take a cold shower. Breakfast was very good and the person taking care to be sure everything was stocked at breakfast worked very hard and did a good job. All personell were very nice and accommodating to our needs (getting clean towels). Please address safety issue.
