Extended Stay America Suites Lexington Nicholasville Road

Staff was very helpful and friendly. Room very clean and we loved the little kitchen we had with our room. Will definitely try to return.

Clean and easy

The room was wonderful very clean and everything stocked. Then also had a kitchen so the front desk supplies u wit Wat u will need to cook wit a coffee pot and toaster 2 pans dish drainer 2 cups bowls plates also silverware. Very nice the staff is amazing. Not only r they very helpful and nice but will go out of their way to make sure ur stay is great. Will return again.

Of us showed up around midnight to check -in we had to wait 15-20ish minutes for the night shift clerk to help us(he said he was having to clean a room for someone). I had 3 rooms reserved. When I arrived to the room I was sleeping in, it had not been cleaned either. Both beds had been slept in, there was trash. So I went to the front desk to the poor night clerk came to clean our room. All the while my nephew and I sat outside on the stairs and ate our food. When we were finally allowed to get back into our room, the beds had been changed and the trash taken out but the room was not clean. There was something on the nightstand, old toothpaste in the sink, and old soap in the shower. I do not blame the night clerk at all. I felt very sorry for him. Day shift and management left him all alone in a bad situation. Know they would have multiple people checking in late after the music festival was over. Three times I told the front desk our room was not clean, not once was I offered any sort of discount. My family comes to Lexington every June for Railbird. Needless to say we WILL NOT visit this location again.

We stayed for railbird festival and unfortunately they had roaches it was dirty and water wasnt good pressure and no hot water in bsthroom sink. Think twice

Decent for a short stay. Grab and go breakfast was non existent, coffee was out, hot water out, very little choice for breakfast.

Centrally located

The ability to cook a meal, from the comfort of my room. I don't have anything to complain about.

Will not ever stay at Extended Stay America again and have reservations about using Expedia for booking anything if this is the kind of place they endorse!!!

It' was just enough to get a great start

No ice machine. Advertised breakfast but only had packaged granola bars and muffins

Grab and Go breakfast options were extremely limited.

YOUR OFFICE “worker” Josh pierce sold my room key to my ex!!! U called police and camera footage was erased. You all did NOTHING!

The rooms appear much nicer in the photos. Dirty doors and stairwells. The room smelled heavily of bleach. The room was marginally clean, observed a crawling bug on the wall and Q-tips on the floor. Floor was dirty, would not shower in the bathroom. There was mold in the refrigerator. The staff appeared very laxidazical. Beds had no box springs, mattresses on metal frames. Bedding and pillows were in poor condition. Will not stay at another Extended Stay. Some of the patrons were questionable. Decent location, you get what you pay for…

Our room was filthy. Hair in the tub and on the bedding—NOT MINE! After walking barefoot on the vinyl floor I wiped the bottom of my feet off before putting shoes and socks on and the towel was black! Discusting

This Hotel should be condemned we couldn’t stay roaches absolutely filthy.. Why this place is in business is beyond me .. if you have reservation cancel or if you are looking look somewhere else …

There was a basket of coffee cakes and cheap coffee. That's not what we call breakfast. We actually booked the place BECAUSE of the breakfast and it was just coffee cakes and Folgers.

Staff at check in was nice. Dirty roach infected room with trash behind nightstand. Ended up not staying and getting refund.

That I only had to stay one night The clerk could not tell me where my room was, and actually directed me the wrong way around the building. The entire parking lot, walk ways, and grounds were filthy with garbage, the outside was dim or had no lights, yet had what appeared to be drug users sitting in and wandering the area. The room was shabby with only one blanket, so either have the room stifling hot, or be cold. The clerk was untrained and had difficulty explaining anything, or getting me a receipt. In the morning there were again what appeared to be people using drugs on the property, and the entire property was littered with garbage. The walking passageways were crammed with carts to where I could hardly walk through. It was so bad I refused to stay the second night, and have sent an email with no response to Booking.com, so will no longer use your services
