A very nice hotel for the price and amenities and shops next to it

I've never had such helpful staff at the breakfast buffet - really gets your morning started right to have someone greet you and offer to get you coffee. Everything was clean and well maintained. Close to some distilleries and breweries. We'll be back.

The staff was the nicest people i have ever met. It was me and my 2 kids and he was nice enough to place me in a room on the first floor next to the pool for easy access. Helped with getting the luggage rack for me. Just truly amazing. Went above and beyond! I wish I would have got his name so I could mention him! There was nothing! I loved everything! Breakfast was delicious!

We stayed here for three nights and loved it! It was very clean and quiet for the most part other than the people staying above us that sounded like a herd of elephants lol. Staff is very friendly especially RJ that we enjoyed talking with a bunch! They have a great breakfast-nice selection to please everyone and they even had gluten free muffins a couple mornings which was a nice surprise since I’m gluten free! Will definitely stay there again if we are ever come back to Lexington!

This place really amazed me and my family. We were here for a graduation. I was allowed to check in an hour early we i ly had an hour to come in shower and change before we had to be at the pre graduation ceremony. The amenities in the room was helpful. The bed was just right nit too soft not too hard. By the time the day end when my head hit the pillow I was knocked out. I will continue to use Holiday Inn Express

Staff was the absolute best! They were helpful, friendly, and paid attention to every detail. There could have been other issues with the hotel and the staff would have made up for the deficiencies. However, there really weren’t any issues. The hotel was clean and well maintained, rooms were cleaned daily, and amenities were well provided. I would definitely stay there again if I were in the area.
