Room clean staff ok no coffee pot no cups not really happy they are trying to improve property. Non smoking rooms ok but they need to know they don't want smoking on property inconvient to smokiners

Rooms were very nice. Pool area was very nice. Exterior was terrible and I wouldn't have chosen

Room was very dark and didn't feel overly clean. Grounds need some maintenance throughout property. Breakfast is cheap. Avoid if you can , well overpriced.

Beds were comfortable. Convient restaurant/bar

I was stung by a Hornet in the background and they didnt help me at all. Their first aid kit was empty. The staff found a Hornet nest and told me they will get pest control to have a look at it as they haven't done it yet. Would like to get compensated for the Hornet bite. Ill retain counsele.

It was decent but rooms are not as nice as the pics but decent stay for the money

Amazing stay!

The pictures DO NOT MATCH this place. It had boards on some of the windows, the front staff wasn’t friendly, the onsite kitchen was not open once during our stay, the pool had so many chemicals in it just sitting in the area made our eyes irritated and nose hurt, all the propane tanks outside on the lawn were empty, the coin machine to play pool was broken, the pool table was broken, left over cake was sitting on chairs and benches, the remote was broken, the room was so dark (walls painted black including the ceiling) we had to use our phone flash light to see what was in our suitcases, etc…honestly I could go on and on….it was an absolute dump. Will NEVER stay at this place again. Couldn’t believe a night stay costed over $85! For what….? An uncomfortable bed in a dark scary dungeon!!??

It was very cleans and love the beautiful renovation. It was well maintained and my kids loved the pool and arcade. The staff was so friendly and helpful.

Very nice stay. You could tell they had done some remodeling recently. Everything was enjoyable during our stay. Clean. Staff was friendly. Pool was nice.

The only staff member who wasn’t rude was the housekeeper. Not a welcoming atmosphere.

The pictures on this listing match nothing in that hotel. It is run down and poorly taken care of. When we first entered the service member at the desk was not interactive nor initiated conversation but rather talked on the phone. The room was dirty, and poorly taken care of. Half of the outlets didn’t work so we had to share one. The service member called our room at 9:30 pm to apologize for how he acted after I gave feedback on my check in experience. We were traveling with toddlers, which they knew because they were obviously present with us at check in. That call woke every single one of us up after a long day of traveling. The beds are uncomfortable and the dark room makes for a restless night. When we first arrived we put my husband’s medication in the fridge. Unbeknownst to us this fridge was turned all the way up prior to us being there. Should we have checked? Yes… but we assumed it would be on a normal setting like a normal fridge is. His medication froze and was ruined. Upon checkout my husband brought it up and asked for reimbursement (paid $100 when booked) . Instead we were offered a comp stay for our next visit ($88) . We were supposed to stay at this hotel when we started traveling back from our trip but I cancelled the reservation the day we checked out. Save yourself the stress and irritation and stay somewhere else please.

Lovely updated room. Clean Coffee was really bad. Juice was tang I think. I could not drink it or the coffee.

Right off highway, comfortable beds, clean Tv wasn’t working

Dogs barking and not getting towels or housekeeping

The pool area and bourbon bar It smelled like carpet powder And except for the pool area the pictures were way of how nice the facility was betrayed online

Had pizza at restaurant. Pretty sure it was day old or more reheated and rock had crust. Pool tables had no cue ball. Breakfast lukewarm.
