no wlan connection throughout the hotel due to a mulfunction. the person in the reception told us the IT person was called but there was no solution. I respect the private life preferances of people, but I expect to be respected as well. the staff who directly welcomes guests in the reception of the hotels must be chosen more carefully..

nothing much. maybe that Kaufland is nearby oh, the room was big, yeah. thanks - sauna is open till 8pm - so if you are working and want to train and chill out afterwards - not possible. the bar is open though so you can be drunk at least or you can play your money at the casinos. - one guy came to the sauna from the reception and was staring whilst i was waiting for getting shower, asked something then he was just staring us - i think its a bit too much. - the shower was more than disguisting, sorry. its mot acceptable. - u need to pay for the big towel for the sauna but the second day they just removed it from my room, and not returning it. so i dont get why you need to pay for it. - training room is small but okay - the coffe (espresso) was nothing like an italian espresso, so i just had more depresso. - if you are more than a week there, you cant find a wasching machine (tip: go to Ebensfeld - Schick Wascherei was top of the notch ??) - the whole hotel gave me the feeling that they want to spare money on the facilities, on everything. i mean i get that - the energy cost are high. but: if you can't afford to run a hotel why you do it.

Very nice, clean and modern rooms. Very nice bathroom and shower. Breakfest was excellent with a good variety of different foods. Very friendly staff.

Nice, clean, good location Charging points were constantly blocked by non-EV vehicles. Had to use the charger a few hundred meters down the road at a local supermarket.

I would have expected better tea and coffee options, only instant coffee and only Camomile tea. Bottle of water really needs to be complimentary. Shower head leaked more water down the wall than out of the head. Water did not drain away, blocked.

Very good breakfast, nice sauna, comfortable stay with a dog. I didn't have a hairdryer in my room. Haven't noticed it in the description.

Evening meal and breakfast was perfect… can’t complain about anything Hotel room clean and good facilities. And friendly staff!

Good place for staying overnight. Benefits: - shops nearby - good restaurant directly in the hotel - very good breakfast - fitness room - quite place Some drawbacks for improvement: - one day we experienced lack of hot water - rooms are quite small - there is enough space to have a night, but would be an issue if you stay during the day or with kids - located in a small town with few attractions, so not the place for a long visit for sightseeing. However, it is close to Bamberg and Coburg, so good idea may be to stay here for 1-2 nights and visit those two cities. - price a little too high

The only thing I liked about this hotel was location close to hospital as I need it to see few Specialists . Spa was always off and only working afternoon, no reception from 8 pm to 11 am . Breakfast was very very basic. Location close to ONLY hospital in town .

Great breakfast, friendly staff ventilation in the bathroom is very loud, felt like airplane was taking off. Not very comfortable when sharing the room with people
