Cleaness location setting and people - everything

Good central location. Nice that there is laundry. Elevator in property is convenient. Price is fair and bed is comfortable. The heat works well. Don’t love that you have to do your own dishes and take out the trash when that should be covered by cleaning fee. The toiletries in shower are insufficient (only soap provided). Also the pillows on the bed need to be replaced.

the room was clean, guests have access to multiple areas ( pool, a big common kitchen and a big living room) The rooms and the accomodation feel more like an apart hotel rather than a Chateau.

Staff was amazingly friendly, location is stunning, accommodation was lovely. A fantastic stay There's nothing not to love about this place!

The guest rooms were clean and new. After hours check in was easy, even in near total rural darkness. Breakfast was better than most French hotels, and included in the room rate. There was no extra charge for our child, which is also rare in the region. We missed the complementary winery tour, as it does not open until the afternoon on Sunday. Check out is a super early 10:00 am, even though breakfast is offered until 10:30.

- We had a great stay at Chambres d'hôtes du Château de Seguin. - The rooms are super clean and very tasteful. - The place is quiet and beautiful, gave us good rest. - The host is very caring and warm-hearted, she answered all questions immediately and supported us as well as she could. - Chambres d'hôtes du Château de Seguin is not located centrally in Boradeaux but only 20min away. - We had very nice breakfast and got all that we needed.

This is a truly beautiful property, rooms are super spacious and clean. Without a doubt I will be returning. Amazing, knowledgeable and helpful staff.

Rural quiet setting Tour of wine production by staff Only one restaurant open on Sunday and the food was really bad there.

Beautiful setting We were ignored .We arrived at 5.30 pm and as the host had left,I had to contact him to ask for extra cups and coffee ( one cup was dirty) .The fridge in the room was broken ,which the housekeeper knew about. The next morning the host did not introduce himself ,or show any interest in his guests. When an almost empty cereal container was put out and I asked for more cereal,was told it was finished ,with breakfast being really basic ,the least they could do is make sure there was enough cereal. Laundry bags and a crate were left in what could have been a very pleasant sitting area.

We arrived at Chateau de Seguin and were told we would not be able to make use of the pool as the pool was booked by a private group staying at the castle and moreover there was a group of italian tourists, so we were offered to stay at their sister property. A lovely man organised everything for us and we had the very best time at this other property. Nothing ! We loved everything. The hosts were SO kind and attentive. We will definitely come back.

The Chateau itself is relatively small, but has about 8 large bedrooms predominantly used as accommodation for marriage parties (like ours,) so the modern Chambre d'hõte rooms are in the more contemporary building.Some are very spacious. This is also a fully active active vineyard, so unless you really have to stay in the City of Bordeaux, this place is obviously the most characterful, established and comfortable option at a sensible price that you will find. And we have done the research. Given our earlier assessment, virtually nothing. The breakfast room would benefit from a bit of joie de vivre, personnel wise.

I loved the location as it was in a very small town, near other towns and nature. The house is beautiful and decorated with taste. The lovely garden is easily accessible and offers a calm view through your room. Hosts were very friendly, attentive and always open and ready to advise you if needed. Breakfast was simple yet delicious. A town nearby had a couple of bars and restaurants worth visiting, as well as a very good delicatessen (gourmet) supermarket in case you are interested in trying local products. Activities such as driving squats through the valley are available in a neighbor town and if you like a little adventure, you will enjoy it for sure. No big issues really, overall we had a lovely experience. However, the bed was not as comfortable as you would expect for the price. I had higher expectations on comfort specially because it's a lovely house, renovated, and since you are in the middle of nature, you naturally will spend also more time resting and relaxing. The other thing I would suggest is to make the breakfast a bit more complete. It was delicious, but quite small, and did not offered enough protein in my opinion.

Very good continental breakfast. Better choice of times for breafast. We were offered 8am or 8:30am.
