Great walkable location. Clean, comfortable and safe.

El mejor hotel que me hospede mientras hacia mi tours por sur américa. El hotel mas completo de Lima. Habitación espacioso, super limpio, elegante y sus empleados los mejores. Las de recepción son muy amable y muy atentas. Los recomiendo 100%

The lady at the reception was the best. Always a smile on her face and gave us great tips and looked out for us :). Good breakfast with a great variety. A bit loud at night but that is probably to be expected at this location. The water takes a while to get warm but this is really judt nitpicking

The hotel is located on a very busy street, so it's very noisy.

Perfect location to explore the central historical areas. The staff was so welcoming and supportive.

Loved the location, the place was pretty and clean. The lobby is very small. I have issues with the key of my door but it was solved after 3 attempts. During my check out, there was a charged at my room but I never consumed anything at the hotel. Hope it was solved too.

My group of persons staying in the hotel was big. Only two complaints were raised. Due to the so early check-out, a breakfast to go bags were kindly prepared by the staff. The aie condition was not working. Hotel is in front of a noisy avenue, open the windows could not be a choice to me. The situation was fixed the next day. A partner of the group found cockroachs. The room was immediately cleaned. However, he did not stay in the room.

It is centrally located, close to everything, restaurants, shopping a, nice area to go for a walk, staff very helpful, Clean rooms Had problems with connecting to Wi Fi, but it was resolved one day later

Lovely clean hotel with good facilities and friendly, helpful staff The extremely noisy bedroom. We were assigned a city view room. This directly looks onto the main road where there is loud incessant noise from horns to sirens. This noise continues throughout the night. This was supposed to be an opportunity for a good night's sleep before our 24 hour journey home to Australia.

Convenient location to the airport for a quick in and out. Flew out the next morning for Cusco. The location is a bit industrial but it is also where a lot of action is. Walking around a bit showed there were many things to view and do in the area.

Clean, comfortable, and close to downtown. Very nice and helpful staff Quite a bit of traffic noise.

Decent accommodations for what you’re paying for. We just needed it as a brief stop between getting back into Lima and having to travel back to NYC. Shower pressure and temperature were good. Our first room upon check-in was not clean (ended up switching rooms): stained pillow cases, popcorn on the chair and floor, hair and dirt in the closet.

The staff especially the front desk were incredibly helpful and friendly. Fiorela was a standout staffer. Jirón Cuzco where the hotel is located is a busy, noisy boulevard. But it quiets down at night.
