The receptionist was nice and spoke English fairly well. She was helpful. Upon checking in, I received a coupon for a Pisco Sour from the bar. It was potent. 4 Stars? We Have Very Different Definitions of That. The elevator set the tone immediately — dimly lit, slightly ominous, and moving with the quiet uncertainty of something that had never been serviced. I pressed 3 and hoped for the best. The room had no working AC, but the window opened! Progress. No screen, though, and it faced the roof — so I had a choice each night between overheating or whatever was living up there. I chose overheating. No regrets. Mostly. The bathroom door was decorative. It existed, it just didn't close — a bold design choice that really opens up the space, literally. The sink sat at an impressively inconvenient height on a round counter, positioned to greet you at eye level during private moments. Intimate in all the wrong ways. The room looked nothing like the photos, except for the headboard, which was exactly as advertised. The headboard is doing its best, and I respect that. The second-floor restaurant was closed off and uninviting — which, after everything, felt appropriate. I felt uncomfortable throughout my stay and would not return. This is not a 4-star hotel. A generous 2-star, maybe, if the headboard counts for something. Book elsewhere.

Good location helpful staff nice breakfast . Rent a bike from Gogo bikes for the day for £10 and go explore. Nothing to dislike at all although we would stay in the more Bohemian district next time, but nothing wrong with Miraflores whatsoever

Breakfast was a joke. Your evening concierge was a joke. Your evening employee wanted me to call for my own airport shuttle when I had requested one with my online reservation. The morning staff finally arranged for a car for me. Thank you

Location was great, walking distance to shops, restaurants, grocery stores , etc etc. the cleanliness of the room was excellent. The staff in and out were so friendly.

The location is very good. The room is large enough, and has amenities to have coffee as well an ironing board. the quality of internet was very bad, sometimes it was not even possible to check emails or similar. not so sure if it was due to weak bank or if it was due to the building/ location of my room, in relation with the position of the router. I wait 20' at the bar, to receive the courtesy drink however nobody showed up. Breakfast was very basic, and a pity, considering the fame of Peruvian food.

The employees were super rude. The bathtub had mold on it. The hotel was dirty. There was not enough plates, dishes or mugs at the breakfast time. The place stated that they had transportation to the hotel but it was false. They use tacos for it.

This is advertised as a 4 star. Do not agree. It is a 3 Star. standard 3* breakfast. Advertised Laundry service does not exist.

Great location in a reach Lima district. Large and comfortable beds. Very good breakfast. Highly recommend

Great location and clean rooms. Friendly and helpful staff. Our room was quite cold but we were provided a radiator. The breakfast buffet could be improved as well as the breakfast hall that has no windows.
-
The hotel itself is quite old. Actually for me, it was older than I expected. The room has only an air-conditioner but if you ask, the front desk offers a portable radiator. Breakfast was not really satisfying and the wifi doesn't work well inside of the room.

Staff were very polite, the room was very clean, the beds were comfortable and we did not have any issues whatsoever, We did not get bottled water in the room and breakfast is simple, the carpet in the hallway looked dirty
