The spa, large room, cheap price The breakfast was awful, the staff was not very welcoming, everything had a fake luxury style, but very few expected small attentions found in most hotels.

I really liked it very much, employees were very helpful. The room was impecable, they had nice bathroom toletries. I requested a wake-up call to leave at 12 midnight and the consierge came to knock my door (I did wake with the phone call). It was near all I was looking for, Bank, shopping & transportation. I did an early check-in (more less 11 AM) and even though I informed I was leaving at midnight (and would not take breakfast) they charged me the extra for the early check-in. I guess they could have considered it. (I loved all the rest, so I still give them a 10).

The spa was nice The room was dirty , lights didn't work and the sauna was also broken . What's more the hotel was nearly empty and yet they gave me one of the worst rooms in the hotel .

Loved the location and suite size. The front door man are not very helpful. They always seemed annoyed, on their phone or sleeping.

The first room

The beds are soft and comfortable and the air conditioning is excellent. The night shift manager Jose Antonio speaks some English and was very helpful. If you are like me and travel without a plan they will find tours for you and know the area very well. The rooms can be noisy from the traffic outside. Bring earplugs.

We really enjoyed the meals at the restaurant. The staff were very friendly and saw to all our needs. The cleaning staff were also very helpful and accommodating. Thank you to them for making our vocation a memorable one. GOD BLESS We enjoyed everything.

The only thing that I liked was the location. To begin with , someone of the staff rang our room door bell at 01:22am in the morning twice . Asking if the room was occupied, I came to find out that the employees were looking for rooms that they could sneaking at the middle of the night . The facilities are outdated , and in bad condition , the shower door wasn’t closing properly and allowing water to escape . There were flies in the room , killed several of them myself . I was charged for key card that I forgot inside the room and a receipt wasn’t given to me at that time of purchase . When I came back to return the key because I have found mine inside the room , the rude staff was not able to refund my money claiming that I didn’t have a receipt, what I think it happened was that someone pocketed the Money . I made a very poor choice staying in This place .

Real hotel for very good price! No such thing!

The front desk staff was great - plite, kowledgable, and always rerady to help. Good breakfast, clean and spatious room. in 15 minutes walk you are close to historic center. Would recommend this hotel to everyone.

The location was perfect for our stay in Lima. The range of food for breakfast was excellent, we both enjoyed it. Thanks to the staff who let us leave our bags with them (after we checked out) enabling us to continue sightseeing. A very minor point. Our room was next to the lift, which was quiet except for the 'ping' when doors opened on our floor.

The room, was large, clean and very modern. The hotel accomadated my request for a quiet room in the upper floors. The room was very stuffy, and uncomfortably hot. And the air conditioning seemed very weak (in comparison to other hotel's air conditioning. The shower had weak water pressure.

4 star hotel and no one speaks English. The reception does not speak a word of English. If you come from Europe or North America, don't count on it with 4 stars in Peru being the same as 4 stars in Europe :). Generally Ok. No one speaks English !

convenient location, TV, garage and somewhat of a breakfast. showers outdated, stain and bacterial buildup on the edges.

Our Room. Spacious and clean. We had a great sleep. Location.Super poor breakfast. Only scrambled eggs, dry potatoes, and some cheese. For water, if you will request they will charge you. Reception Staff- Very disappointed. They promised that they will arrange a transfer to the airport but they didn't. I asked them 2-3 times about it and they told me that it was done. No coffee in the reception and just some black tea. Very disappointed.

lovely big room and nice bed they do not the facilities advertised such as hot tub and sauna therefore it is not worth the price
