The staff was excellent and they always were able to help.. The breakfast was great! The cable tv was enough for entertainment ans the chinese restaurant has great food and prices

Location Plumming was clogged, the shower wall was broke, just one working elevator, room's key get disconnected every day.

Great location. Less than 10 mins by car to Lima historic center and 15-30 mins to San Isidro, Magdalena and Miraflores, 20-30 mins to Lima Norte (depending on the departure time). The room was super large, very big beds and confortable. There is a Chifa (Chinese-Peruvian food) that can provide room service. The room had a very bad smell, not sure it was due to people used to smoke there. The electricity connector are the old type, not the ones compatible with European plugs. The rooms and the building needs renovation, very old facilities.

Love that all the building was very clean, the rooms were cleaned daily.The breakfast buffet was excellent with daily variations. Only one elevator working for 10 floor building and suggest lamps on the nightstands or some light on the wall close to beds. There were only lights on ceiling.

Very far from Airport. Fire alarm went off all night. Beep beep beep....
