24 hour service Front Desk Too much noise from street On Sundays, the city close the main avenue (Av. Arequipa) so it was not possible to take taxis and we had to work a lot T

Very friendly and welcomming. The room was comfortable. Breakfast was good too. Staff very kind. It was a long stay, and we felt good throughout. Our closet door would get jammed. The restaurant, for dinner, was not great (food was just Ok, could be improved, for the price).

Comfortable clean rooms, very quiet overall. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good. Very good value and there is also a nice bakery across the street. On the first day the hot water for the shower was very good. But on the second morning the hot water wasn't hot enough so my shower was lukewarm.

the room was warm and the shower was great. I also like the food it was very good and the Buffet breakfast was varied.. menu carte should be improved.. even during winter time the patio should be more inviting to guests. work on more decorative approach. Should definitely avoid taxi drivers that do not belong to the hotel outside the building because it is dangerous for the guests.. while I was waiting for my taxi Best Service is MVV luxury service. +51923526554 there was a street Taxi driver who look like a robber and insulted me for not taking his taxi. this was very annoying and There was no guard from the hotel outside to help me.

Pleasantly surprised by the hotel, the location is in a safe area and really more for business oriented travel which I was. At the corner of the hotel there is a nice bakery and restaurant that serves great food Breakfast was kind of the same over the different days so not much variety but it’s a good breakfast basic buffet which you can expect for the price paid
