Cleanning and location The options provided are quite limited and very basic. Additionally, the time slot—from 7 to 9 AM—is not ideal. For business travelers, the day often starts earlier, so breakfast should be available at least from 6 AM to ensure guests have the chance to eat something before starting their day. It’s a very noisy area, close to main avenues. The hotel does not offer rooms that reduce noise. Maintenance work should be avoided on weekend mornings.

The price and location were ok. Paper thin windows. You hear all the street traffic. The traffic is extremely heavy and they honk their horns heavily starting around 4:45 am. Bring earplugs and noise canceling headphones. You just might be able to block some of the noise!! I did NOT get a good nights sleep during my entire stay! May e the room on the other side of the building might be better???

The room is big and you have a good space to do your activities. The free little insect in the bathroom, kind of flies... and as I stayed on the second floor you could hear the sounds of passing cars outside.

Rooms are neat and comfortable. There are some flies (Modcas) in the eating area where the breakfast buffet is served. Flies around food not healthy. They need to take care of that right away, We as customers we deserve better healthy eating conditions. Thank you.

Location was really perfect close to main squares and Metro, Malls and restaurants. Big room, however the bathtub never worked. Staff wasn’t helpful at all, didn’t care about the problem, just said it didn’t work. Called several times didn’t care about it.

The hotel was in a good location. It was centrally located to almost all of the attractions in Lima. There were nice restaurants within walking distance and the neighborhood was safe waling home in the evening. The bed was clean but the floor in the bathroom floor was dirty. The shower wasn't clean and didn't work correctly. Staff were friendly and had patience with my limited Spanish skills. Beds were super uncomfortable. I stayed in two rooms and beds were the same, very firm. Rooms located on the street side of the building were extremely loud from 6 am until 10pm. you have to get the room key swiped each day after noon. I am not sure if this standard process in Peru, but it was new to me.

Location was great for what we wanted - somewhere close to bus station so we could visit other places in Peru. Not a tourist zone though so depends what you're looking for. Room was clean and tidy (if a little tatty), great shower! The airport lost our baggage and staff we really helpful, we were easily able to book some extra nights, without having to change room, while we waited for it to arrive. They also directed us to a cheap place to get some new clothes. Despite Lima being quite a noisy place, the room was reasonably quiet and we were able to get a good night's sleep. Minor point but pictures on the website are quite misleading, maybe a few years out of date? The pictures might lead you to expect a high-quality finish but in reality the hotel is a little tatty round the edges. Looks like it was decorated a while ago and hasn't been redone in a good few years.

Exceptional staff treatment and the location was great, rooms were comfortable and looked great The elevator didn't always work, and the view from the room wasn't great

Great location and all the staff were very friendly and helpful! The room was too dark and felt humid all the time

1- You cant beat the price per night. If you are on a budget- this is a good option 2- Reception staff was super sweet 3- free breakfast was actually decent A few call outs 1- There is no heat in the rooms. Keep this in mind if you are traveling during May- Aug. Its cold in Lima and the rooms are not heated. My daughter and I had a hard time sleeping because it was so cold. 2- If you are here on business, then location is great. If you are here for vacation you are 30 mins away (lima traffic is awful) from anything you will be doing. 3- The key card deactivates every day at noon and you need to reactivate it at reception regardless of how long your stay is. 4- Lastly and more importantly. The key card they gave me opened rooms that were not mine. This made me super uneasy as i am a female traveling with a young child. For this case, i wouldn't recommend if you are a female traveling alone

Very well located. Quiet rooms. Check in took few minutes. There are several places to eat around, both cheap and a bit more expensive. It is close to the bus terminal. A few parks around to take a walk. In short, I would stay here again.

Location is close to all business centers, breakfast is fine. The facility is very old, works nothing there. Hair dryer, locks, lockers. Lock the window in your shower, somebody literally tried to put his phone with camera there.
