Everything was great! The room was clean, luxurious, and spacious. The room layout was nice. The breakfast buffet was just ok. The staff were very friendly. I definitely recommend this place.

I like their rooftop bar and pool. As well their location to restaurants and entertainment is excellent. Their double beds are too small.

We booked a room for three adults (and I want to stress that it was clearly for three adults, not two adults and a child) via Booking.com. Upon arrival, we were informed that the room only had a queen-sized bed and that it was not possible to add an extra single bed. We spent quite some time trying to explain the issue, but the reception staff insisted that it was acceptable for three adults to share one queen bed. They did not seem to understand the concern, and when we asked if it was common for three adults to be accommodated this way, they even admitted that it was not. We were honestly left speechless. No alternative was offered—not even the suggestion of booking an additional room. We had to ask twice ourselves if it was possible to add a second room (at our expense) just to resolve the situation. We were quite disappointed by the level of customer service, especially considering this is a 4-star property and part of the Hilton chain. This experience fell far below the standards we expected.
