Location and the wonderful people at the receptionists At the entrance of the hotel, there should be a security guard because it's an attractive place to the nasty people surprise or trick the tourists

The room had some issues: the safe box didn't work and there was no hot water in the shower..

The location is excellent. If you enjoy walking and exploring, many tourist attractions are within walking distance. The hotel was very clean, and we received room service every day. The staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Breakfast was included and delivered directly to our room. You can schedule it in advance, and they are always punctual. I highly recommend this hotel — the price was very affordable considering the quality!

The wifi on the property wasn't working. That was a dealbreaker for working on laptop during day and watching netflix at night. Hotel allowed us to check out and eventually refunded our money. They wanted us to cancel room on Booking, which was not possible, and they didn't know how to cancel reservation on Booking or didn't care to login to do it. But we got our refund within a half hour and went to a hotel with wifi. All hotels in area have wifi. Theirs goes in and out constantly and they weren't concerned about fixing it.

This hotel is a complete scam. The breakfast is 1 cup of a bad coffe, 2 breads and 1 cupom of Juice. It's unbelievable. Unfortunately it wasn't the worst thing. I asked to store my luggage there and they charged me 25 soles a day. It's to much for someome who is returning to the hotel but as the rules were explained earlier, it's a fair deal. The surprise is that: when I was boarding in my transfer they sent a guy there in the bus to remove me and saying that I need to return to the reception. I thought that I could have forgotten something but no, they were obligating me to pay for my future reservation at that time, even though it was made alreday at booking.com and thats not the rules. This new rule were never explained to me. I said it wasn't right and the reception doesn't care, and they made me feel that they wiill put my luggage outside the hotel if I not pay that. I have never felt so cornered and constrained in a reception in my life.

Its location was perfect for my needs. It was listed in Soles on bookings.com but was in USD when we arrived at the hotel. Overpriced for the hotel.
