Very clean hotel with nice staff in a great location in Miraflores. Close enough to walk around Lima and to the Ocean. Numerous restaurants around. They had a taxi service from the Airport and the driver was super nice guy! Also had a nice pool and bar/restaurant on the top floor. There was some road construction on the street when I was there which was a little inconvenient for being picked up and dropped off for tours but nothing crazy! Totally out of their control. A little pricey in my opinion.

I had a really great stay at this hotel. The room was very spacious, comfortable, very clean. The location is excellen set in a quiet area, yet still very convenient to get anywhere you need. I also want to highlight the reception staff, they were extremely kind, friendly, and always ready to help with anything.

Great location in Mirafores, most attractions were near and walking distance. Friendly staff and clean room. They helped me arrange an airport pickup, even though they don’t offer a shuttle service, which was nice. The pillows are too high for my personal taste.

The location is nice and central to downtown Miraflores!

Very accesible for a person in a wheelchair. After looking everywhere in Lima this hotel is one of few that have all the accessibility that we were looking for. It just needs a permanent shower bench in the shower but the portable one works great. Maybe a better breakfast.

Great neighborhood A lot of great food options and local specialty coffee shops Walking around feels safe and easy Breakfast was nice Not applicable to the property, but be aware of planning your days because traffic is very unpredictable and heavy around the area.

The staff was friendly willing to help, and the location was ok. Breakfast was ok. I have asked to clean my room every day, even left the advise hanging in the door however for 2 of the 4 nights I have stayed, the housekeeper didn't showed up in last night the staff had tu deliver clean towels but the room was not cleaned. Because of high demand weekend I had to pay more than $1200 for 4 nights for a lower than 3 stars hotel. Next time I visit Lima I will avoid this place and I will validate other platforms than Booking.

Peaceful place The new staff in the night shift is not so friendly

Nice comfy room. Good breakfast buffet. The staff wasn't overly friendly or helpful. I arrived about 10pm and there were 4 people at reception, 2 of them men yet no one helped an old lady carry her small suitcase up the front stairs.
