Staff were very kind. Everything was good except bed and loud noise from street You can literally hear everything going on outside in the street from street facing suites. Bed were uncomfortable.

Breakfast was good! Room comfortable, staff helpful. Too bad we couldn't check in early, as I was lead to believe we probably could (and pay a bit, which would have been fine.) Overall, not much to complain about!

Modern space, close to everything yet quiet at night to have a good night sleep. We liked everything, specially the staff at the front desk. Very friendly and courteous.

The staff attention was great and kind, breakfast was good too. Room I didn’t like. Uncomfortable mattress, incomplete bathroom; it was missing towel hanger and liquid soap and shampoo&soap holder in shower.

Breakfast could have been better.

I liked the size of the suite, and the furniture inside. It was all very comfortable, and spacious. The staff were very friendly, and it's in a great location. The room seemed half cleaned, stains on the sheets and hair in the bathroom. I purchased the suite, so I expected high standards, but the tiles in the bathroom were broken and raised, the towels had holes in them, and there was mold in the bathrooms. They offered to move me to another room, so when I arrived there, it was clean, but the bathtub jets were broken... so they wanted to move me back to the other but I had to wait a night as they had no cleaning staff on-site to clean it.

Nice and cozy place. I try to avoid the big international chain hotels. Clean Except for one very friendly and cordial staff. Very good breakfast. I liked everything about this hotel.

Breakfast and facilities good We booked a family room for 5 people and received a room for 3. Hotel gave us no serious answer.

Location We booked a suite for 4 nights. The first night they put us in a suite with black mold on the ceiling. Thru moved us to a new suite which had no hot water for 3 days. They said no suite had hot water except the one with the moldy bathroom ceiling. Manager said she would investigate and get back to us but never did.

Was Not my first time and won't be the last. Great hotel with really good breakfast and excellent location

The large king size bed Breakfast was not good. Few choices and very bad coffee. They did not provide hand towels for the bathroom

The hotel was in a great location, the staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was exactly what I was expecting from the pictures and the breakfast was also good. I recommend this hotel in Miraflores for sure. The only thing I didn't enjoy was that the breakfast place was open and when we were eating it was a bit cold there and not very pleasant. I wish that was closed or at least they had heating.

Great location, big room and bed very comfy Staff very helpful and friendly The shower is nice and big, but nowhere to place the soap/shampoo etc. had to use the floor and bend down to grab items .
