The staff members were very pleasant and helpful! The very brief hours breakfast was managed (from 7:15am - 8:30am) -- I know we're not forced to eat, but who's even hungry this early in the morning? It would be nice if they could extend service until 9am.

Location close to the water show Doors at the entry were closed and we could not leave the building at 9am. This is in case of an emergency very dangerous. The staff was not at reception and you had to scream for them to get their attention. Carpet in room is discusting
