people working at front desk could be a bit more friendly. they seem too serious.

the bed cover was dirty. it was very loud. You can listen everything in the next room because the walls are very thin.

I never got hot water in the shower. Rooms are older and less modern than in the pictures. Walls are super thin, and I could hear everything

Friendly and respectful receptionist. When I let her know I was cold as I was coming from the US where it was winter, she sent two warm bed covers that i enjoyed. Overall good appearance for the price. The shower clogged every time I took a shower. The receptionist said it was going to get fixed. I asked three different days as i prolonged my stay to 8 nights. The clogged shower was never fixed. On my last day the receptionist told me she placed the order to fix it and thought it had been completed and apologized. I said it wasn't her fault but I was going to mention it in my review.
