Honestly I love everything!

Clean and quiet room with a good AC system. Nice and friendly and helpful front desk receptionists. The hotel’s restaurant waiter “Andre” was asking me personal questions like when I will check out and asking me to leave a good review for his service! That made me kind of uncomfortable. Specially the last night when I went there for dinner and he asked me to give him my social media Username so we can be friends!!! I refused to do that and he was upset. I respected everyone and tried to show my respect with my smile and responding people’s questions with a good attitude but that doesn’t mean that I want to share my personal life with someone random like the waiter of the hotel that I stayed there for few days during my vacation time…

The room was comfortable and quiet. With the exception of the maid and the server at breakfast, the staff was not friendly. The eggs were not cooked properly and they were runny. The eggs were too cold.

Location was very good; the place was very clean. The staff was very nice ready to help you I wanted to stay longer; but it was booked.

Breakfast is served too late (after 7) had to leave before 7 so they pack it, was not what we expected

Personal very friendly and polite Tv setting difficult and several times shows not connected. I think should be easier to use at least write instruction how to do or correct this issue

The staff was very kind and attentive to all of our needs. The rooms were clean and well put together. The location was great, walkable distance to many places to eat and in an easy area for catching taxis or other types of transportation.

I like the location Heat didn't work, poor attitude with staff, food made me deathly ill, cockroaches in my room. I used to love this place but it has gone so far downhill that I will never stay again. I was so sick from the food and freezing from the broken heater. I was told that there weren't any other rooms available, even though I could book one on booking still, hence the poor attitude comment. I ended up moving to a hotel down the street where I was finally warm and treated much better. Do yourself a favor and avoid this place.
