Great breakfast. We got a room with a damp smell, but the hotel staff were able to switch us to a better room with less smell. Room decor is very sparse. Elevators are slow and dated.

The 12th floor pool and bar was a great place to gather late at night. The view was spectacular.

Great location, staff was incredibly hospitable, nice rooftop A bit run down at places, elevators were not all working, shower water temperature was unstable going from cold to hot randomly during the shower.

The hotel was near everything we wanted and planned to do in Mirafloris, a gorgeous place. The room was big, no carpet, plenty of space to hang our clothes, drawers, fridge, safe, coffee maker and tea to finish the day. The bathroom had also plenty of space, bath tub, a good and hot shower and nice toiletries. The breakfast had a station with breads, cheese, ham, yogurt, different types of fruits, juices and cereals. The hot food, eggs, bacon, peruvian goodies, pancake, waffles we ordered and everything was fresh and really delicious. The people serving breakfast were polite, so nice and the people in the kitchen were so fast bringing the fantastic food every day. The hotel gave us a voucher of $ 10.00 per day to be used in drinks at the roof floor bar. A nice space to relax after walking during the day. The roof top has also a swimming pool, and a gym. The hotel is in a walking distance to the Larcomar, a beautiful mall with so many stores and restaurants. I highly recommend the Peruvian restaurant Tanta. Delicious and affordable food. The Mall has also a grocery store, wong Larcomar. There is another one closer to the hotel. It’s walking distance to the Kennedy Park , restaurants and the Ripley magazine store. We would like to thank The Guest service Manager, Claudia Rivera to the surprise cake for my husband’s birthday. It was a delicious chocolate cake and it made a difference in his special day. We highly recommend Radisson Hotel Decapolis Miraflores. Everything was perfect for us.

All in all its great stay here, breakfast is really good. Though swimming poor is kind of small, and there are people smoking at bar next to it.

The location of the hotel is central. The room was spacious. Disappointing stay. The main reason I booked this hotel was for the gym and pool facilities and as a little 4 star luxury to end my trip. The 'pool' is more a 'paddling pool' - tiny! On my 2nd night the gym cardio equipment was unusable due to ongoing electrical works. Cardio equipment was out of service, machines had been moved, cables were exposed and there was no clear signage advising guests of the disruption or potential safety concerns. One of the lifts was also out of service throughout my stay. The warning notice was only in Spanish and I witnessed guests using the malfunctioning lift because the doors incorrectly opened - creating confusion about whether it was safe to use and in my opinion very dangerous. My room overlooked a dirty air-conditioning unit which emitted a constant humming noise, and I found the breakfast selection poor for a hotel of this standard. Most disappointing, however, was the lack of clear communication and acknowledgement from hotel management when I raised these concerns. I reported the issues during my stay and was advised to email management, only to later be told that complaints must be resolved before checkout. This policy was never communicated at the time, leaving me feeling that the goalposts had been moved after the event. Overall, the issues experienced and the way they were handled fell well below my expectations of a Radisson hotel. Also worth noting there is an additional city tax of either 10% or 18% - it wasn't clear which tariff was applicable.

Location was excellent. Roof top bar served great pisco sours by Stalin. Very difficult to get the temperature of the shower correct. Almost scalding hot water. Dangerous.
