We had a great stay

Lot of construction around hotel outside looks old, inside very nice. Staff very helpful, roo.s very big and spacious, no dresser for clothes?!?!. Room was nice but did hear a lot of traffic because have old windows. Location is great for NU sporting events!! Price was good.

Incredible room. Seriously so nice. Went down to breakfast a half hour before it was done and they didn't restock any food, it was completely empty. Was a little disappointed.

We loved the clean roomy feeling of the hotel. The very high ceilings gave it an air of spaciousness and everything was clean and comfortable.

This is a beautiful hotel with large comfortable rooms and a great breakfast and coffee.

Hannah at the front desk was the best. She was very helpful with assisting us with parking our vehicle that had a Thule on top and wouldn’t fit in the parking garage. I greatly appreciate her assistance.

Beautifully remodeled. The fitness center was wonderful. You had to pay for parking which I did not realize. And I am a single woman. I had to park in a parking ramp across the street, carry all of my luggage. They did provide a walkway on the lower level. It did not feel safe and it was dark. I wasn’t aware this was going to happen. I would not have stayed simply because of that.

Everything was great. The room was very nice and spacious, nice bed and bathroom. The breakfast was very good and better than others that I stayed with during the week. Not used to paying for parking at a hotel, that shouldn't be an added cost. Stayed in 4 other hotels that week and there were no charges for parking. That's the only thing that I didn't like, but it's not a deal breaker.

We had a great stay! The hotel was very clean, and it was clear that the property is well maintained. The staff were friendly, welcoming, and very helpful throughout our visit. Our room was comfortable, clean, and had everything we needed for a pleasant stay. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable place with excellent service.
