All the staff was great! At check-in Ross & Sooki were so friendly, prompt, and helpful! We arrived a little early, before check-in time, so our room wasn’t quite ready, totally okay! We went to get our bags out of the car as we were just going to have it parked and them hold our things while we ate a late lunch. We we walked back inside they had rearranged a few things so we could get settled into a room and not worried about checking bags with them. Valet was great too! Very prompt!
