Bed was good, location was good

We had a quick overnight stay in Lincoln. We chose this hotel for its affordability and location. The staff was very nice and welcoming. The property was undergoing some maintenance/updates while we were there but it wasn’t anything that bothered our stay. The room was clean, beds and pillows felt new and comfortable. Overall a good stay for the night!

I appreciated the privacy. I also liked that the bathroom had safety bars. It was convenient to have the laundry down the hall.

The room was clean. The air conditioning worked well. The staff were responsive. The three of us slept soundly for the two nights we were there.

The hotel is undergoing some remodeling so it is not as clean as it could be. However, it is a great value. It has a laundry room. It has an indoor pool. It is conveniently located near all kinds of quickserve restaurants at target and even a supermarket.

The decorative sheets were stained, and there were dirty socks left by previous guests in the drawers; the rooms aren't cleaned properly.

The rooms were clean and the staff was really friendly and even suggested a place to have dinner close by. I believe the restaurant name is cheddar.

Bedbugs. I contacted the manager who said she doesn’t have the authority to issue a refund so she’d contact the owner. No contact from them. 2nd call with a request. Still nothing.

Location was good The bed was a little lump, ice machine on are floor didn't work, had to go all the way down stairs for ice. The breakfast was ok.

Good air conditioning, room was not clean, some of the breakfast items were not there and nobody around to ask for help

We had an extended stay here. Even though there were a few things that did not, they were being fixed. The staff was extremely helpful and pleasant. The breakfast was wonderful and had my pickiest eater actually eating breakfast. Would recommend this place to anyone needing a place to stay.

The hallways smell bad.

Room was clean. Doing some maintenance on room ac so hallway was obstructed a little. Staff super friendly.

The breakfast was terrible, it was just biscuits and gravy, no eggs or bacon or sausage, so I went out every morning. I was there for 4 nights and the room was never touched by a maid. The toilet had no bolts holding it the floor, so it wobbled constantly and the floor around was crusty! The place needs updating really bad.

The facility was very dated and not clean. Granted, it was busy but the trash next to the ice machine on the second floor was overflowing and wasn't picked up for 2 days. The air conditioning was just fare and the room smelled very musty. There was a constant odor in the hallway. Once we past the lobby, the quality of the facility changed. We will not stay there again.
