I like the spacious bedroom and breakfast was good. The property can use renovations. Building felt humid and musky.

They had rain the day of our arrival -very humid inside -staff very friendly and helpful

I originally was checked in by a very nice lady I had my service dog with me which they knew before I arrived at the property. I then went to bring my dog outside and was very abruptly and rudely approached by another staff member that did not even have a name tag on or identify herself about my dog she was very rude and condescending like my dog did not belong there and stated dogs do not belong here. When I told her I was already checked and filled out paperwork and approved to have my ADA dog on the property she continued to go on and then was telling me to calm down after she created a scene. I still have not yet received my deposit back that was supposed to be given back the next day after I inquired about the charge that I was not told about. I have called and left several messages to have a manager call me and still have not heard back. The room was decent but there was feces on the wall in the bathroom and it was very musty. I was traveling from Utah to North Carolina it was late at night and I need a room so I did stay, I wish that I would have asked for a refund and left after being treated so poorly by a staff.

So the property got a well maintained carpet on the hallways. I really like the place cause when we come it does not smell molds or does not smell feet.It really does smells clean and is clean. We go to our rooms, we check the bed no hairs or dust. Even shower curtains are taken care of. Never experienced bed bugs in this inn which we're very thankful.

Paint chipping in the pool so our kids couldn’t swim. Bathroom in our room was covered in mold. Room was humid and musty and smelled. Even my 7 and 4 year old said the room/hotel smelled. Will never recommend or stay here again.

It is close to I80.

Lots of electrical problems in our room

Check in was easy and staff was friendly. Lobby looked and smelled clean, as did my room. The bed was very comfortable. The pool was open but I didn’t use it. The breakfast has a good variety of food and beverages. Overall, a very enjoyable stay.

Everything was clean enough and comfortable. The only thing we were disappointed by was that there was no bathroom fan. With a family of 5 sharing one bathroom, that would have been nice.

It had a terrible smell and really really messed with my allergies. Hot water was not the best at all. Breakfast was breakfast. Ok

TV didn't work, shower markings couldn't read, no coffee for breakfast coffee pot didn't work. We like our coffee in the morning. Went to restaurant for breakfast.

Room smelled like cigarettes and mildew. Room was muggy. The windows didn’t fit right so you could hear the interstate like they were wide open and there was a huge wasp nest outside on the window. The deadbolt also did not latch all the way. Barely slept 5 hours and left.

Staff was hard working and attentive, however, the place needs new hvac. Everything was soaking wet. I’m used to humid places, this was different. They need to put some money into repairs, place was run down.

Traveling with two kids on a multi stay road trip. Stayed one night mid-week. Clean and tidy two queen with sofa bed room with more than enough room for everyone. Outstanding value and great experience. Room was more than sufficient, very clean, and air conditioning worked great. Shampoo, conditioner, and lotion bottles were a nice surprise vs the normal mini size bottles. Coffee and tea in the room was also a nice touch. Kids took advantage of the pool for a bit, nothing to write home about but did the job. No hot tub available anymore. Tip - Make sure you ask the front desk for sheets for the sofa bed at check in to speed up the process, and get your pool towels at the front desk as well. We will definitely stay again since this is a route we frequent, and I’ve already recommended it to family who also travel I-80. Only downside was breakfast during the week appears to be pared down a bit. Waffles and biscuits/gravy were the only prepared hot options. They also had hard boiled eggs, yogurt, pastries, oatmeal packets, bagels, and fruit.

Incredibly comfortable beds, very clean no hassles at all. Staff was great!

Good clean room and facilities

We opted for a 2nd floor king room over the 3rd floor. I'd say that the room, though not spacious and hasn't been renovated yet, was adequate and the bed was clean and comfy.
