We love the two bedroom option for plenty of space. The breakfast was very good. The gym and pool are small, and it was so hot in the gym I couldn’t get too much accomplished- it was record heat when we were there. The area is very special with plenty of places to eat at, an ice cream place, a scooters. We will be staying again

Great location for our needs. Pool and spa were very clean. Breakfast was typical but fresh and the dining area was very clean and well tended. Our room had a VERY strong cooking odor that we tried to mitigate with air freshener with little success..

When we arrived we found out that the wheelchair accessible room that we reserved was not available. The room that we ended up in was 99° when we entered it. Someone had turned on the heater to it's highest setting when they left and housekeeping never corrected it. It took 11 hours to cool it down enough to sleep.

We really enjoyed staying at this hotel for our week long vacation. The rooms were really nice and felt like home away from home. The breakfast every morning was delicious and there was a variety of things to choose from on the menu. The kitchen staff was very friendly and greeted us every morning and she kept the breakfast area fully stocked. She was always so gracious to give us a heads up when the kitchen was closing, to allow guests an opportunity to get any extra food if they wanted to. I recommend this hotel to others to stay.

Manager (Quanetta Campbell). All of the employees of the hotel seem to function as a team! The housekeepers, the kitchen staff, and the desk clerks are so accommodating. My room was spotless. I had my little dog with me and the hotel is very pet friendly. I will be staying there again soon.

Great location. Clean and comfortable. Very close to Art and Soul unique restaurant among other places places to eat. About 20 mile drive from downtown. Breakfast had good variety! The room had a big fridge, a nice kitchenette, sofa bed, small round table and 2 chairs., TV, coffee machine.

The room was nice and clean, kitchen was well equipped. The couch/chase was sagging, when you sat on the couch part a person sunk down and was difficult to get up. The bed was more on the firm side. Breakfast was only served to 9:00 weekdays, it would be nice to extend to 10:00. The staff was courteous and helpful.

The pool was a nice size (which is why we booked here). I was able to let my niece and nephews swim as well as my son and daughter throughout our stay. The staff was very sweet, professional, patient and attentive. The breakfast was nice and I loved the fruit and water in the lobby. Last year my family went glamping during Spring Break, I paid about $1700, we didn't get to go swimming at all, and I had to bring a lot of stuff and still found I should have brought more. This year I wanted to let the kids swim, cut the price, and still be able to cook so we didn't have to eat out every night. When we arrived, I got mixed information on when I had to pay and what I had to pay. Each night was a different price when I thought I was getting a standard price for all 4 nights with Booking.com. I didn't know I had to have all of the price of the stay held during check in. I was waiting for a check to clear in order to pay the full amount at check out. So when I got the cash total out the next day from the bank to pay for the whole stay, I was surprised when the the front desk said I didn't have to pay until I checked out. I put the cash back in 2 of my accounts. Then the next day I was told I had to put the whole amount on hold again. I ended up having to use 2 debit cards to continue my stay. It was a lot of back and forth. Very inconvenient. Then I found out if I wanted to pay in cash when I checked out it could take 7-10 days for the holds to be lifted and my money to be refunded back into my accounts. I also paid about $250 more for the whole thing than I was originally quoted through the website, there was no cook ware so I had to go to my house to get a skillet and casserole dish to cook, the trash and towels were not refreshed every day unless I asked, and we ended up eating out more than cooking. I was not impressed with the bed's pillow top and felt it was not as comfortable as I had hoped. There was also a lot of construction going on in the area so there was constant noise outside.

We enjoyed the pool. Breakfast was pretty good. That staff made the stay enjoyable. We liked our room a lot. The maintenance guy is polite and works very hard to keep things running right. The front desk guy was also polite and worked hard to keep all of the customers happy. And the cleaning people were busy doing their job. And they do it very well. They are also very kind. Together they all operate like well oiled machine. We will be back. The hot tub wasnt working. The place is a little hard to find.
