It was very clean and rooms were big. And lots of things to do in the area

The room was clean. The cleaning staff was vigilant in keeping the room clean. The breakfast every morning was very good with excellent staff who were constantly refilling items.

The hot tub was nice and hot, the staff was very friendly at the front desk. The beds where comfortable The WiFi was very horrible couldn’t even load anything on my Xbox, the tv remote barley worked, the toilet seat was so low to the ground felt like I was doing squats, the other guests where very loud at all hours of the night stomping, slamming the doors, rubber chickens being squeezed, people running up and down the hallways.kinda overpriced for nothing near here to really do minus seeing sites and going on hikes.

Great staff and a great location. Love this place! Will be headed back again.

Nice location for visiting Flume Gorge and Loon Mountain Gandola ride. A little further away from Cog Railway and White mountains but good friendly staff and plenty of dinning options available around

The hotel is well located in a quiet area of the White Mountains off route 93 but still within walking distance to the main street in Lincoln. We would definitely stay there again when we return to the White Mountain area.

A nice hotel, nothing fancy yet clean and convenient. We were a bit disappointed by the indoor pool and hot tub which had too much chlorine.

Front desk staff (Brazilian guy) was amazing. Friendly nice and so professional. Also the cleaning guy on third floor was awesome.

Breakfast was good and the staff were nice and helpful.! The pool chemicals were too strong or wrong chemicals- everyone’s eyes were irritated and the kids had coughing fits and rashes so were not able to use the pool after the first day.

Clean room that includes full shampoo, conditioner, and body wash in room. Breakfast, while limited, was way better than other chains and establishments in area. I wish indoor pool was bigger and that parents watched their older kids at pool more (older kids monopolized pool and made it tough for younger kids due to their activities that were not meant for a pool this smaller and not so deep size). I would stay again. Good for families. Just a small walk from all kids if places to eat or adventure to.

I was super impressed. The hotel had everything we could possibly need; all the amenities, clean modern rooms, friendly staff, family friendly environment, breakfast, good location, etc.

We were greeted friendly and kind as soon as we walked in the door. The two young men were very professional and eager to help us with what we needed. Excellent service The greeting when we walked in the door, the cleanliness of the facility and our room

We had a wonderful stay. Views were amazing. Staff was friendly, breakfast was great. We will certainly stay again

Location is good,room is clean The neighbors on my floor were shutting their doors in a loud manner. The wait for the elevator was quite long as well. There would be numerous amounts of people waiting per floor.
