Very comfortable cabin with 3 separate rooms. Little screened porch too. We loved it.

If you're looking for a 5 star luxury hotel, don't look here. But if you're looking for a clean, comfortable, safe, but older motel in a convenient location with a decent price, you've come to the right place. I wasn't expecting too much, so I was pleasantly surprised at what I found. It's located right off the highway only one exit north of the Kancamagus. Very convenient.

The room was basic (clean beds, coffee maker, A/C )but incredibly clean. We would definitely stay here again. If you are looking for a very clean, affordable place to stay with a great location, then this is the place for you. The pool was also very clean and the grounds were as well.

The staff was accommodating of our late check in and were friendly. Parking is easy and located just outside your room while the pool looked clean and fresh. It is right by the road and the walls are thin so you hear your neighbors getting up/ walking in the mornings, so pack earplugs! It’s a comfortable stay for a few nights if you just need somewhere to relax at night.

Absolutely loved my stay here. The property was clean and well maintained. The pool was excellent. The river is a bonus. I could hear it while in bed. Nice easy access and a little fire pit sitting area. The quaint little town down the street was warm and welcoming. Everything you need within walking distance. I can't wait to come again.
