Bally's Twin River Lincoln Casino & Hotel

Loved the casino! Rooms were very bright and clean.

I stayed there for work 1 night. I did not even see the casino or restaurants. The room was all I needed and it was very clean (spotless) and seemed very new. I would definitely return if we have another event nearby.

The hotel was clean and reasonably priced than hotels in Providence. The room was small. Overall our stay was good

Could not even get a drink of water , in lobby.

I was told on my 5th day there that I had to let housekeeping know when they needed to do their job. I was gone 9hours one day and came back to find they had not emptied my trash or picked up dirty towels and had not made beds. I went to the front lobby to ask and was first asked if I left my card in the door. Which I did not. The. I was told that you have to ask housekeeping to come do their job in your room. Most employees were just there. The only o e that did a great job was Suby (?) , he is a manager I believe of the front desk. I also found it unusual they did not have an ice machine in each floor. The parking was nice. The pool was nice but I thought from their website that they would have an outdoor pool ? The hotel was ok. But just very underwhelmed by the whole visit. Would not use this place again.

The small indoor pool was nice. Better food options in town. Room was clean, on the small side.

The casino is filthy the smoke is off putting. No attendants to help, no free drinks, gambling lots of $$$$and you can't get a free drink, disgusting. We won't be back
