I liked the strategic position, the “old fashioned “ style of the property. The room was small, the owner was impolite with us. He gave to my friend his room key but once he entered intro the room , it was already occupied! He blamed another worker without apologize. The breakfast was basic and the coffee was bad, even if Italy is pretty famous for espresso. Air conditioner was noisy, the little garden by my room was dirty

when they charged me for coffee and eggs on my way out

Perfect location Historical

An interesting, historic hotel. Lots of old things in the lobby/halls but keep dust-free. One block from the ferry. Stores and restaurants right there.

This hotel is in the perfect location near the ferry, the bus station and all shops especially the supermarket. The value is excellent for these benefits. The hotel is somewhat dated. It's an older garden type layout but considering it's cost, I will continue to stay here.

Breakfast was nice but for the money they should have included potatoes and eggs. The walk to the ferry was 5 minutes, which was a life saver. the walk up to the top floor. my room was the smallest in the hotel. I asked for a lower floor as I have a fractured shoulder but they said they could not accommodate me. For what I paid, the room is unacceptable. they need to update the hotel for what they charge. Additionally, the staff should be able to communicate with English speaking. At one point, before I arrived, I was asking for information and was hung up on because of the language barrier. Such a shame on such a pretty island.

Clean & comfortable beds, good air conditioning. The staff was friendly & helpful, they even loned us beach towels. Good location, a quick walk from the ferry. Breakfast was fine. I would recommend this place to friends. Breakfast could been a little better, no eggs.

Great location and great breakfast! Antique hotel with a lot of charm at a great price. The room was a little hot, and the air conditioning not working in June (we normally prefer without if not needed). It may be more necessary in July or August.

I loved the design of the hotel - classic in style, but beautifully executed, almost like an art gallery. The room was simple yet spacious, spotlessly clean, and comfortable. The location is excellent: close to the boats, with restaurants and a supermarket just around the corner, and the city center within easy reach. For the price, this place is a fantastic choice - I can wholeheartedly recommend it!

Front desk staff charged me more than quoted online. And I had to pay cash because his wifi was down so I could not despute it on my credit card. He also would not provide me with a reciept. Food at breakfast was very meager and poor quality.

Stayed here for two nights. It is a very cute hotel. The room was spacious and the bathroom was nice. Location was great its super close to the port, just a couple minutes walk. Its also very close to stores and restaurants in Lipari. Would recommend! Had to wait 30 extra minutes for my room when I arrived which sucked because I was sick. The included breakfast was a very limited selection and nothing really looked good.

perfect location to visit other islands, ferry terminal nearby, walking distance max 2mins, hotel old styled, but quite nice, tranditional decoration, room clean and correct, breakfast super nice. bed quite hard, not so comfortable, shower not alwasy warm/hot, avoid rooms next to the street, sometimes noisy.
