you could hear the road very loudly

The location is unbearable. Main attractions are only 3-4 minutes walking distance. The building while beautiful is located at the intersection of two busy streets with small restaurants and shops. It’s a big city and you can hear trash being taken out in the middle of night. But the noise is normal for the city, just be aware.

Perfect location, Friendly and helpful Staff, Breakfast included and very delicious, Brand new rooms, well maintained. A little bit of noise from the street but not really bad.

Great location, brand new efficiency unit, terrific service (especially Rodrigo). Extremely comfortable bed! Excellent blackout shutters that also reduce street noise. Great wall heater for chilly nights. Perfect for a couple who don’t need a lot of space. And while we didn’t partake of the breakfast it looked lovely, fresh and lots of variety. Coffee in restaurant was excellent. Because it’s only been open a few months, they are still working out some of the kinks. Example: kitchen lacked towels,soap, sponge, cutting board, basics like salt/pepper. There are no instructions for cooktop or shower. But these are minor inconveniences, and the staff were very helpful.

Brand new apartment hotel in the perfect location, stylish and spacious, spotless clean, very comfortable bed (the most comfortable bed during traveling in my memory). It shares the reception as the hotel from the same company in the same building. Nice breakfast with reasonable price. It has a nice small kitchen with simple tablewares and pans. But there aren’t other kitchenwares like knife, cutting board etc. I didn’t need to cook so no problem for me. The insulation of the house is a bit poor that I could hear the guests above walking. But it didn’t bother much since during the nights it was quiet.

We liked the friendly staff at reception, the breakfast was very good with a excellent variety (eggs, fruits, bread etc.). The location was close to old and withing walking distance to metro and some major attractions. Close by also some good restaurants (mainly fish) with reasonable prices Information by staff on celebration of 25th Nov (commemoration of "pink revolution" (the hotel being close to a main square and in the middle of the parade route) was only reachable on foot and taxi to airport couldn't pick us up but we had to walk through the parade with our bags.

Great location (walk downhill from train station instead of uphill as for many accomodations). Very comfortable bed. Everything is new (having only been open 10 days when I stayed). It has a little kitchenette that comes with microwave, stove, utensils etc. A bit of street noise, but not too bad.
