Staff were wonderful. The room had an AC, I didn’t expect it from the price range but it was a godsend during this heatwaves in Europe. Also has an elevator. Nice crisp lines, it’s more like a 3 star hotel. It’s located in the very central busy restaurant district. The district near the hotel is lively even at midnight, some might find it too busy, I felt safe coming home as a solo female traveler because of that.

The location is excellent, the staff super nice and friendly. Very clean The room was super small, with a couple of suitcases we had, it was very difficult to walk even.

We had a wonderful stay and truly enjoyed our time at the hotel. The location is absolutely fantastic—perfectly situated and close to everything. While the hotel is a bit expensive, it actually saved us a lot on transportation costs, making it well worth it. The absolute highlight of our stay was Isa at the reception desk. Her smile could light up an entire day and brought such a warm and welcoming atmosphere to the hotel. Every morning, seeing her cheerful smile made our day start on the right note. She is genuinely one of the kindest and most professional people we have met during our travels. If we ever return to this hotel, a big reason will be Isa. She made our stay feel special, and her positive energy truly brightened the whole place. Thank you, Isa, for making our visit even more memorable! It was really expensive compared to the prices of Lisbon ??

The hotel is in an amazing location, close to everything in Lisbon and to the metro and train station. The beds were super comfy and air conditioning was good. Quiet at night time despite being in the city. The rooms were small but perfect for a short trip. Bathroom was lovely and perfect for our needs. The local restaurants and bars on the street are very nice also. Will definitely stay again when I return to Lisbon!!! Breakfast option was a bit expensive, considering many fabulous brunch cafes close by which were cheaper

they can give the same room to someone else- it happened to me. Water pressure in the shower was too low. Not all but one person working in the reception was not friendly barely speaking and not smiling.. making you feel uncomfortable.

Great location. The tiny room is very well designed, and the bed is comfortable. Also relatively quiet since it's not facing a major street. Staff were fine but not super friendly.
