Tanto el servicio, limpieza, habitación y desayuno fueron muy buenos, encontramos que el alojamiento superó nuestras expectativas. La habitación es espaciosa y el desayuno tiene una gran variedad de comida.

Poor Breakfast option
-
The triple room is very small for three person
-
Near the metro The balcony door was very squeaky and you had to apply some force to close it properly

Bem localizado Location

Breakfast was as advertised and well maintained. N/A

The location very close to the metro station, very nice staff, good breakfast

The main advantage of this hotel is its location, as it is situated right opposite the green metro line, which takes you to the centre of Lisbon in just 3 or 4 stops. The downside of this hotel is the metro is run just under the Hotel; from 6 am until midnight, you can hear everything. The breakfast is plentiful, but in my opinion the quality is a bit low. All the coffee products are rather poor, and everything is made using a bad coffee machine. The room was really small; in some places you had to turn sideways to get through

It’s a little far from attractions but a good neighborhood. I felt safe and had a couple of good meals in the area. The breakfast room is small and all the food is in one little area. It made for crowds trying to get food and was not pleasant. I even skipped breakfast a couple of times because of this.

The location is perfect and the price is good as well The only thing that I would say that if the hotel upgrades the breakfast for ex I don’t like scrambled eggs but I eat boiled eggs and the only option was scrambled eggs.

Nice breakfast, very comfortable bed, helpful staff. 15 min walk down to most sights and right next to Anjos metro station. Very quiet at night. Did not hear people in neighboring rooms, unlike other places we stayed. Our second stay here - even better 6 years later! We liked everything.

Excellent location: metro station in front of the hotel, and if you want you can walk to Rossio in 20 minutes. Friendly staff. Clean rooms.

This hotel doesn’t claim to be anything it’s not - the rooms are small but clean and comfortable and I LOVE that the windows open up to a bustling street. The location is not the best, you’re walking 15-20 minutes to get to most things and that isn’t ideal. The front desk team is…. there. Not super warm and friendly but efficient in check in/out and answered questions. Breakfast was okay, the food was pretty bland and lacked variety but the expectations were low for a 2-star hotel. The coffee is good and hot and the breakfast area is small but lovely.
-
A small moderate priced hotel just next to the metro exit. Perfect for an overnight stay. Staff was nice and welcoming. The continental breakfast is pretty standard. Too few sockets in the room (and they are located inconveniently). The breakfast room is too small to accommodate even 20 people.

The room was very small, and having adapters would have been helpful.
