My Story Hotel Rossio

For us the bed was too hard but its personal preference I suppose.

We had a wonderful stay for 5 nights in June at My Story Rossio in Lisbon. The location can’t be beat-right on Rossio Square and walking distance to many attractions and restaurants. The staff from reception to housekeeping to the breakfast room were all professional, friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet was varied and good and they even offered made to order omelets or fried eggs. We stayed here 3 years ago and will stay again the next time we are in Lisbon.

Location and breakfast Coffee was unavailable early. The coffee maker in the room was not working.

The hotel took care of every single one of our needs. Our room was very clean. Everything worked. Fresh drinking water, tea and coffee were always available. Breakfast included hot eggs and meats, cold cheeses and sausages, freshly baked pies and breads, fresh fruit, yoghurt and many different deserts, as well as juices, mineral water and specialty coffees and teas. We had some unexpected travel issues due to a sudden general strike. Ines Cruz, the front desk manager and a gifted, exceptional professional, took care of that issue contacting our hotels in other cities. All in all, we are very happy with this hotel.

Room quite small but comfortable. Outlet for electronics in awkward location.

Location was great, very easy to get around town. The room was clean and larger than expected. The breakfast was a true bonus with lots of yummy this to start your day Only one chair, but we didn't come there to sit in the room.

Centrally located right at the square with lots of restaurants and shops around The charging outlets are hard to access. It is hidden behind the head board of the bed, had to wire through the hole to plug in.

Inez the manager is fantastic!!! She was so helpful each time we talked and asked questions. Always so kind and really helped make the stay even better. We had 3 rooms and she made sure we were all on the same floor. She even upgraded our two adult daughters to a suite. The location was fantastic we were so close to many things to see and do. We arranged through the hotel for our transportation from the airport to the hotel and then to the train station on another day. Inez gave us directions to places and great recommendations to eat. Highly recommend the hotel. The rooms were clean and beds comfortable. The breakfast each morning was delicious. The staff were more than willing to fill all of our reusable water bottles each day. Thank you for making our stay wonderful. nothing.

The location, the bathroom The room was the smallest I have ever stayed in; a chauffeur’s garret room! Really so small it was ridiculous for the price:$225’
