Location was great. Commication with Caroline was excellent.. she was extremely helpful answering my questions and navigating us for parking etc.. it was clean … breakfast was good The stairs were a lot and it was garbage night when we got there. Very noisy but not after that night , otherwise nothing

LIFT WOULD BE AN ADDITIONAL BONUS FOR A LEISURELY STAY AFTER A FULL DAY TOUR.
-
Great location to the water, the Chill Spot, train stations, and many landmarks Would have liked towels provided

Quaint apartment in a great part of the city. Lots of restaurants nearby! Management is very responsive. It’s on the 5th floor and there isn’t an elevator. That said, it’s great if you want to get into shape!

Excellent customer service!

Clean and great location
-
Great location. Cool atmosphere. Amazing breakfast cafe. Stairs! And some noise from the tram.

Unfortunately, the bathroom had a strong sewage smell that spread throughout the room, which made the stay uncomfortable. It seems there may be an issue with the plumbing. The towels provided were very thin and quite small, and there were not enough blankets available. As a result, we had to sleep with the air conditioning on, which wasn’t ideal for us. Additionally, the wall between the rooms is extremely thin — you can actually feel it move when someone in the neighboring room touches it.

The breakfast was fantastic! The serving staff were lovely!

I stayed in the “Limão” suite. The check-in instructions were very clear, and the room was very clean, though not particularly cozy. Unfortunately, the building is quite noisy — the tram runs all night, and even on the 4th floor, it feels like it’s passing right through the room. The bed was comfortable enough, but the pillows were terrible, and the covers were too thin for October. I also paid for breakfast but never went because it wasn’t clear that it’s served at an external café with very limited hours (8–9 a.m.). The hotel should be upfront about this when booking. Sadly, I didn’t sleep at all due to the constant noise and could even hear other guests entering their units. Overall, I probably wouldn’t stay here again. Noisy on all the levels, not cozy, covers were thin and pillows uncomfortable. I did not sleep a minute

the room was clean and fine The towels were pathetically small and sad. The breakfast down the street was fine, but it is pretty limiting that you only have 1 hour where breakfast is available from 8am to 9am.

It was clean It was small

Centrally located, close to almost all tourist attraction, shopping streets, train station and tram stops. The host is very friendly, answerable and provides you with what you need. The cafeteria looks and feels much nicer than the pictures on Booking.com, and the staff are amazing and the freshly breakfast they make for you is what makes this stay even more pleasant. Perhaps different rooms have different sized, but our room didn't much feel like a suite, rather a small apartment room so felt indifferent to the title it had. Please bare in mind the stairs and if you're travelling with heavy, big luggage, may need to consider this though the view from the balcony is quite pleasant.

Great air conditioning and location. Yummy breakfast:) Lots of stairs?…
-
Great location, historic architecture, well appointed room, great breakfast and lovely staff at restaurant The stairs were steep. I should have paid more attention to the description.
-
Self checkin, big apartment , newly renovated Missing elevator to 5th floor, small beds, shower needs a repair (water leakage)
-
The location is perfect, right in the best area to stay in Lisbon — close to everything you need. The overall experience was good and definitely worth the money (as it is not expensive). The breakfast was good. I would happily stay here again!a The bath towels are too small.

Everything was clean and comfortable. Our host was very helpful and always available to assist. The location is excellent and close to Rossio metro. The only thing we wished for, was an elevator, but it was made clear in the discription of the property that there was’nt one, so we knew it before our visit.

Bad smell in the toilet, we think it was the drains and pipes. Other than that a very nice place to stay
